The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sheridan Beach Terrace
The outside of the property looks well kept and recent but the 1-bedroom I visited was very old inside, not well maintained. I can find a better place for the same price range. The property is on a busy road so very loud. Didn't hear anything from neighbors but when walking in front of their doors you can smell what's going on inside. Makes me think the walls are thin and you can most likely hear what does on in your neighbor's place. There's a big welcome gift basket, which makes me think they're having a hard time renting out that specific unit, which isn't appeal personally. I think they'd have more success if they lower the price by at least $300/month
The manager is terrible and doesn't care about the property and how to run it.
Property Manager at Sheridan Beach Terrace, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our managerial team. Hearing that your experience hasn't been the quality one we try to give all our residents makes us want to take all measures necessary to make sure you receive better care. Please feel free to contact our office at your earliest convenience. We'd love to discuss how we can best improve our services for you.
Living at Sheridan Beach Terrace has been such an amazing experience. Of course there's the view which is next level. What really makes living here so enjoyable though is the community. Neighbors are friendly and say hi. When I moved in everyone was so welcoming. Bradley, the community manager, goes above and beyond for the residents. He actually makes it feel like a community and values the residents input. On special occasions he will leave out treat bags which I find extremely endearing. Both Bradley and the maintenance team are super responsive and help in anyway they can. Could not recommend this place enough!
Since moving in at Sheridan Beach Terrace in 2018, the apartment complex has shifted to a new management, and there have been lots of updates and improvements to the building and grounds. The maintenance team is prompt, courteous, and efficient. The courtyard is pretty unique with its landscaping and a multi-story waterfall that pleasantly cancels out any noise from Bothell Way. The rooftop patio is wonderful for hosting guests and watching seaplanes out of Kenmore Air. UV Residential really encourages a sense of community, which I appreciate. It’s refreshing to see community get-togethers (which are socially-distanced and responsible) on a regular basis to combat the dreaded “Seattle Freeze”. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Parking is a little tight, and the driveway can be icy and slick in bad weather, but other than this, it’s a great place to live!
