I lived at Sharon Glen for a year and had no troubles at all. When I called maintenance they came out within 48 hours and it was actually a quiet community. The property manager Michelle is a sweetheart and helped me out when I needed her. I would rent there in the future.
We lived here last year and we miss it lots! It was our first apartment. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We never had an issue getting anything fixed in a timely manner. We never had bugs or even saw any (which given the area, is AMAZING) I would definitely recommend.

I've lived here over 4 years now and I'ma say that this place is a really nice place and the people here seem to be really nice and friendly staff is always treated me good any questions I've had any problems I've had have been took care of in a timely manner

Thank you for the great review. The staff at Sharon Glen Apt. (SGA) community try to keep the community clean and inviting. We have 111 family that have made SGA their home. We do our very best to keep trash in dumpsters and remind residents with fury family members to pick up waste. It is truly a community effort making SGA a great place to live. Thank you for the kind feedback.

Management and staff do their best to make the pool area a fun and safe place for residents. It is a full time job keeping non-residents out! Unfortunately a resident's family member intentionally damaged the pump, and we had to close the pool. We were very pleased it re-opened. We do ask our residents to be responsible for their guests. This includes informing them of pool rules and parking rules. Unfortunately this does not always happen. Thank you for your concern and feed back. Since the Midwest Apartment Management Company took over,this apartment complex has been going down the drain. The office staff are uncooperative and uninformed about their own policies. They always blame problems on "upper management." Last year I was given my potential lease by the office staff two weeks after its due date. Recently, the staff have been implementing a parking policy that only provides one parking space per apartment. My roommate and I are both on our current lease, but only one of us gets to use the parking permit. So, I currently have to park in visitor's parking. The new parking policy also always the staff to tow any resident's car the is in resident parking without a permit, any car that has a flat tire, any secondary car that isn't used on a daily basis, or any car that is backed into a parking stall. Hopefully, this review helps future residents understand exactly what they are getting when they move here. I know I'll be happy to leave soon.

Change is difficult! Unfortunately, we did have to implement a parking sticker to help stop visitors from parking in non-visitor parking spaces. The builder and planning committee of our community only included so many spaces in the front of each building. This made it impossible for any apartment to receive more than one parking sticker. Visitor parking is just a few steps from residential/ permit sticker parking spaces.
