I moved to shady lane about 2 years ago. I have had nothing but good experiences since. Their office staff are so nice and helpful, and their maintenance crew respond so quickly to requests! I love my apartment and would recommend anyone to live here.
The Shady Lane Apartments are great! The landscape in the summer is beautiful and in the winter, maintenance is always out there plowing and shoveling before I wake up to go to work. The staff are friendly and it is a nice community to live in. The apartments are great quality and i’ve rarely had any issues. They are also in a great location being in the heart of Glenville so the store or food is always only a couple minutes away. I love living here!

After the life changing experience of selling our beautiful country home of 56 years, we decided to re-locate to Shady Lane Apartments in Glenville, NY. Although, in our hearts, nothing can replace our home, it has been a pleasant transition. Living her at Shady Lane has proven to be quiet with a safe feeling about it. Facility personnel have been responsive to our needs both at the administrative and maintenance level. Snow removal has been outstanding and is a continuation of the attention given to all landscaping of the premises. This is an unsolicited testimonial and I personally recommend Shady Lane to apartment seekers.

I moved into my first apartment last April at Shady Lane and I can’t imagine living anywhere else! It is a great location, especially being in Socha Plaza. There is a variety of food and stores nearby. I have lived in two different apartments here and my experience with both have been great so far! The apartments are spacious and cozy and the neighbors are so friendly and inviting. I haven’t had many problems with anything and the one time time that I did, maintenance came right away to help and they are very nice as well. They say hello and wave to you as you drive by. Shady Lane Apartments is a great little community to live in and the service is great! I’ve never had an issue and I plan to continue living here for years to come!

I moved in last December and have been so pleased with my residency thus far. Any issue that did arise I would call the office and a maintenance tech would be there either that day or the next! They are always pleasant to speak to and help me with any questions I have. I also love walking through the complex and seeing others doing the same. Everyone (neighbors) is so nice it makes living there so enjoyable. Not to mention the other places I looked at didn't offer the space I get here... my closet is like another room! Price is great, its clean, and again you can't beat their customer service. I would prefer having my own washer/dryer but i haven't had any problems with the shared laundry thus far. I'm happy here and I think I'm going to continue to be happy here for a long time.
