I like the complex, the grounds, the staff. The one-bedroom apartment is large enough to hold a king-sized bed, and I like that there is an actual dining room.

The staff is amazing. It’s nice and green around here and I love the area. Like the layout and it’s a nice size for a 1 bedroom apartment. A little outdated of course and the popcorn ruff definitely have to go .

Woodbend is a quiet and friendly community of residents. I love using the state of the art grills for BBQs. The grounds are well kept and the atmosphere is uplifting with lots of nature. The staff is caring and helpful

Shadowridge Woodbend has been our home since 2019. We love that it is quiet and safe. The neighbors are kind and respectful and the management team is swift when responding to concerns. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a great place to live in North County.

I really enjoy living here. The neighborhood feels safe which is important to me as a single female. The management is very responsive and the staff is friendly. It’s a good, relatively quiet place to live with a nice pool. Laundry hookups would make it great.

Love the area these apartments are located in! We are only 15 minutes from the beach, there are plenty of stores in any direction, and a lovely park with trails right down the street. The apartment itself is spacious for a one bedroom, with a lovely patio and a wood burning fireplace. The amenities such as the gym and the pool are great to have as well. We really love living here!

I've lived here many years. This is a quiet, safe, peaceful complex with many trees, a sparkling pool, and quiet neighbors. Maintenance is prompt. Residents often walk their dogs.

When I first moved in the community was a lot better. Now, the people who live here tend be not be respectful of how loud they play their music, alarms are constantly going off, people hang out at their cars and are extremely loud at 3am. I enjoy my little safe-haven of an apartment, but I wish the neighbors would be more respectful.

Only major downside are the laundry machines which often smell bad and sometimes are in bad shape.

We do have porter staff 6 days a week who focus on detailing the laundry rooms and machines each morning that they are on site. If you come across a machine that needs attention, please let our office know so that we can get that taken care of. The rates are ok for this market. I like the unit and upgrades. The balcony is huge and the complex is in a good location.

People smoke marijuana and the smell goes through the vents in the apartments and its annoying.
So far I'm enjoying being part of the woodbend community and would definitely recommend to others. It very peaceful and in a good area.
