Property Ratings at Shadowbrook Village
I have rented in other places, some homes some higher end apartments and I can truly say Shadowbrook is one of the BEST. I’ve lived here for 7+ years and not only are they quick to repair things the office management is Pleasant and helpful. No place and no person is perfect but I’ll be here until I move out of state in near future
We have lived here for a few years. was in 1 unit for a couple of years then moved into another unit & we love that when we need something fixed the office managers will send maintenanc over that day & usually within an hour or 2. The management are easy to deal with & we've never had any problems with any of them or maintenanc. We alos love our apartment with an attached garage & double pane windows. It looks so nice! We would definitely recommend Shadowbrook Village.
The leasing office attendant was very rude and not helpful at all. She hung up on me on the first call and when I called back, she was speaking to me with attitude. Very disrespectful and made me Immediately change my mind about renting from here.
