Property Ratings at Shadowbrook
Staff was just okay. Apartment wasn’t great. The complex has lots of infestations. Move out was the worst. No one showed up to my walk out and afterwards they claimed nothing was cleaned. I promise it was. I would NOT live there again
I'm new to the area and found Shadowbrook Apartments by chance. I only been here for 5-months and so far so good. The apartments are nice and cozy. I just love my fireplace, I can't wait for winter.
I lived at shadowbrook for a little over six months and loved my time there. The property is always kept clean and presentable. The units themselves have unique and beautiful layouts. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would have liked to live there longer, I only moved due to work relocation. I recommend this property.
The apartments aren't too bad. They are clean but are old. The AC goes out often and there is a sewer drain right infornt of my door. There is a bad smell sometimes. Maintenance staff are nice and friendly but management not too friendly. Gym is clean as well as the pools and laundry room.
Shadowbrook is a lovely place. My boyfriend and I wanted to live here so bad and can't believe we got accepted. The area is great everything is at least 10 minutes away. The staff is nice as well. We haven't had any problems. This is our first apartment and we really like it.
I am extremely happy living in the Shadowbrook apartments. The apartment layout feels more like living in a house. It's spacious, light and for the most part quiet. There is ample parking for guests and the grounds are kept very clean.The office staff are always friendly and ready to help. It is conveniently located to shopping and the freeway. I am very happy with my choice of living here.
I love the location and the apartment it self it very beautiful and it's a great place to live
