The city of West Monroe has a number of charming attributes and enjoyable attractions inside its quaint community. Its “twin city" Monroe is on the east side of the Ouachita River, making West Monroe on the west, hence its name.
Biedenharm Museum & Garden is a local gem with a Coca-Cola gift shop. The 1914 mansion was home of the first company bottler, Joseph Biedenharn, and includes a gorgeous garden oasis and brand memorabilia from the Biedenharn family. Landry Vineyard is also a fun place to visit in town. They produce a variety of wines, pair them with cheese, and host outdoor concerts.
In addition to their West Monroe apartments, locals enjoy having direct access to Interstate 20 for easy travel into Shreveport, LA or Jackson, MS. Lazarre and Kiroli Park are two community green spaces perfect for outdoor recreation. West Monroe offers a wide variety of dining options that range from fast food chains to sit-down and even gourmet restaurants.

i love living here i really appricate the mgt team they watch over the property
I do not recommend nobody to move here. This place is trash just how it looks. We pay too much money for these raggedy gnat invested apartments. Pest control do not spray the units, the leasing manager sends out letters every month that the apartments will be sprayed( lies). Maintenance half doing their job and so as Dawn. They tell lies just to get you out the office. I will leave reviews every where I can until something is done. Corporate needs to come and see how this place is being ran. Zero stars for this property.
I was hesitate to move here, but after meeting the new manager and leasing agent changed my mind. They were very friendly. Since I lived here any issue I've had has been fixed within a day or 2. One of the best places I have lived in a long time. It's quite peaceful here very good place to raise my 4 kids.
In Feburary I reported my air conditioner down. Dident get fixed until June (before I moved out.) They have horrible customer service. They dont like their payments late but dident care about my air conditioner. ( I have a baby, and reported that she couldent be in the heat and they said other people around the apartments had kids and the same issue-Angel the crappy apartment manager. The pool is always shut down, there are always cops around b/c people are always fighting. My 4th month there it flooded bad. I dont know why these apartments still exist. Nothing but Dirt and Mold. Im clicking one star but they dont even deserve that rating.
