Property Ratings at Shadetree Apartments
Although there are a few “bad apples” who choose to ignore the conditions laid out in the lease agreement that all of us signed before moving in, they are the exception rather than the rule in Shadetree. Most residents are respectful of the property and their neighbors. Several are also kind enough to let me love on their dog when we encounter each other. The office staff are always friendly and responsive. Overall, a very good experience!
It’s a beautiful community to live in, wonderful and friendly office and maintenance staff. We love the amenities such as the gym and sauna and chai machine.
Always an awesome time Living here. Maintenance and all team members are always on top of it making it a pleasure to live here. I highly recommend living here at shadetree in Ruskin.
Everything is really fantastic. No complaints. The only reason I’m leaving at the end of my lease is because I’m moving back to St. Petersburg where my family is.
I enjoy living at shade tree apartments. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. The valet trash crew are friendly and efficient. Katie is an amazing leasing agent, always kind and handles issues speedily and with care. The community itself is pleasant and it’s always nice seeing everyone out with their families and dogs.
Love it here very peaceful all we will love is the pool to be warm during the cold that would be great. Other than that love the gym and amenities here.

lived out here for 3 years with no problems at all and the staff is amazing. Maintenance do their job and come fast. All the neighbors mind their business and stay to their self.
This community is my first place I’ve lived by myself and it has been great. No complaint except the lack of a doorbell but that’s really small. I love it here.
So far so good. Very good vibes from what i can tell. Sauna and gym are at the top of my list. There is also bike storage. Thats amazing. My daughter is already hounding me about going to the gym safe to say shes excited as well.
Shadetree is very close to my workplace and has great amenities. On my days off I love getting hot cocoa from the machine in their clubhouse or decompressing in the sauna. The rooms are well ventilated and the maintenance is very responsive. It’s also not a far drive from Tampa, and is overall a peaceful community.
While it's a little on the pricier side for what you receive the place is very quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and the only real issue with the apartment itself are ants. Tons of ants pop up instantly for a couple days and then disappear just as quickly. Not sure it's worth calling the office about insect control. The amenities are nice but they could do a little better with keeping up with them. Especially the outdoor grills. They are hard to regulate the heat from, they don't have enough grill brushes to keep the grills clean, and people that use them just leave them after using without cleaning them. Also, they should include a way to opt out of the included Spectrum wifi as it is absolutely horrible and is definitely not reliable for remote work. This is a sticking point for me and will likely be the reason I do not stay here past my original lease to date.
Shadetree Apartments offer nice quality apartments with beautiful amenities. I really like the layout of my apartment. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. However, there's room for improvement in cleanliness as some residents are not picking up after themselves or their pets. Overall, the staff does a nice job and it's been a good experience.
Great. I love it here. Super close to everything i need and want. School is super close as well. The property has it all. Even a nice gym and sauna and pool!
Rent is entirely too expensive for the condition of the apartment with no ceiling fans included. the front office never answers the phone nor does maintenance respond to issues within an appropriate time frame.
Nice place to live, good area close to alot and away from any bad traffic. Quiet and peaceful around the complex. Amenities are nice, the gym and sauna are great
The staff is very friendly, the grounds are well kept up. The people are very nice. I like the pool area and also the game area. I like the fact that you have 3 grills to choose from.
I wouldn't recommend this to family or friends. It's a beautiful place. but it's a terrible place to live. The water quality is awful. The staff is not very helpful or informative. Their pest control is terrible. Had a phenomenal view from my patio though.
This will be third year living at Shadetree. I’ve really loved my experience and highly recommend it for singles, couples, and small families. Pet-friendly, peaceful, clean, attentive staff.
We just went through the process of signing our lease and getting our keys. All I can say is wow! From meeting the staff on the first day, to the showing of the property and apartment, to signing the lease… they went above and beyond every step of the way. Also, I don’t think I have ever moved into such a clean apartment! We are so excited to call this place our home ??
Management team is responsive and receptive to the needs & concerns of the residents. The community is ideally located between Tampa and Sarasota off highway 75.

Very easy process on getting approved and the tour of the place is nicely done. They definitely take their time telling you about the place and make you feel at home
Love the apartment and amenities! Hate the ants consistently invading our personal space. Ants are everywhere, including in the bed. Especially, in the kitchen on the counters.

What a beautiful community to call home when entering you notice the pride that is taken in the upkeep of community my husband and I viewed three spacious units it was hard choosing, we decided on a 2bedroom, 2bath the master has a LG. bathroom with so much storage, the Guest bath has a enormous welcoming soaking tub need do I say more. SHADETREE APARTMENTS IS THE TOP OF THE LINE APARTMENTS ONE YOU HAVE TO VISIT TO APPRECIATE!0

It is so peaceful and quiet here and this is a perfect environment for growing your own family, especially with a baby. Maintenance comes really quick and I am satisfied with the job they do.
