Overall, the complex is kept up nicely. Looks pretty good to be almost 20 years old. Most of the neighbors try to keep things neat. Not as noisy as it used to be.

I truly enjoy living in this complex. I love the staff in the office, the ease to maneuver through the complex and ample parking no matter what time I arrive home! Of course we have small issues but the good ones outweigh those so we will continue to focus there! We have experienced all positive neighbors during our 2 year stay and that's a joy! Maintenance is another positive we have been able to enjoy....even when that team was short handed, they made sure that any issue we had was attended to in a timely manner. CUDOS to this team and their efforts to provide the BEST experience!!

I have really enjoyed living at Seven Springs Apartments. It is generally very quiet and I like that the resident population is diverse. I also feel safe in this community. I do think the grounds could use more upkeep. They used to clean the buildings more when I first moved in 2 years ago. Overall, I really like it here!

I love the neighborhood and the office staff. Everyone always so helpful and friendly. They always respond to any maintenance requests I have within 24hrs and the community is always clean and kept up. I love it here.

Tyla the leasing agent here was amazing. She made my decision easier. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. As far as the community goes, it’s very clean and quiet. A great place to live.

Quiet apartment complex, friendly office staff In spacious apartments. Only challenges having one way in and out of the apartment complex can cause build up when in a hurry, also the trash compactor area can get a little cluttered and be an eyesore. Other than that great place to live.

I've been living here for almost 4 years, and I'm still happy I chose Seven Springs. Of course, no place or person is perfect, but the inperfections aren't worth sharing because it works out one way or another. I feel safe as a single woman living here. The amenities are great as they are kept up well. The pool, the car wash, the gym. I really can't complain.

I have been living at Seven Springs for roughly a week and overall enjoyed the experience. Due to my excitement of moving into a new place there were a few minor details that I missed that we will be paying for later like the lack of microwave in our unit. Overall, the community is very friendly. The large speed bumps while driving through definitely do their job, but I appreciate them due to the amount of children who are playing outside

Tiffany at the front office is amazing and has wonderful customer service. The community is nice and quiet and clean. Maintenance requests gets done quick usually the same day you put in the request.

Great location, friendly and professional staff, excellent maintenance group. Convenient to I-85 and shopping centers. As for my 4 years at Seven Springs Apartments, any issue I've had was always addressed and handled professionally with no problem. The entire office staff, (old and new, has always been friendly and helpful. My 4 year tenure is the reason why I'm extending one more leasing agreement.

It has been a great experience living in a Seven Springs apartment unit. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. The property management team is amazing, creative and friendly. The monthly gatherings from holiday parties, game nights, and community pool parties has allowed neighbors to meet who have never had the opportunity. I've never had an issue with maintenance. When you submit a service request, the issue is resolved promptly. With that said, I highly recommend renting here. You would not be disappointed. I just want to thank the entire team for taking such great care of me for the past 3-1/2 years. You are the best!

We are now into our second year on the property and we have truly enjoyed being apart of this community. We like that it's quiet, no loud parties and people are respectful for the most part. Being in a gated community was one of the reasons we moved into this complex. Though there are moments when it down, we like that the gate is repaired within days!! The team in the office is fun and always readily available! I enjoy seeing he two ladies on property and teasing with them about the silliest thing. Each time I go in to pick up a package, there are always smiles!! If we could add a few more dumbbell weights to the gym, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!
The apartments are really nice. I moved in recently and haven't had any complaints so far. I love the green space behind the complex to walk your dog.
Very nice clean community breezeways are kept clean. Noise level is low And Neighbor seem friendly. office staff is nice and friendly, although it is hard to get through on the telephone

Excellent community. I just moved here and I love it already: I had a friend who used to live here and she also had a wonderful experience and that is what made me want to live here.
Living more than six years here, I’ve never had any issues or problems. Neat subdivision.Great maintenance stuff. I believe we just need to build strong communication and have more events.
I’ve lived here for over three years now. It’s been great. The leasing agents are friendly and accommodating. I do think this year is the first year I’ve seen things community wise I don’t like. For example, the overflow of trash at the front gate, the call box issues and neighbors that aren’t exactly clean. Other than those I’ve enjoyed my stay.
Since I first moved here approximately 10 years ago the community has definitely, slowly but surely gone down. Overall it is not as pleasant to call home.
The process was quick and easy and everyone was super professional! They were also really flexible with some unexpected issues that came up on my end which was super helpful.
I've been living here for 3 years, and it's been a pretty good experience. Let's face it, no one person or place is perfect, but I have continuously felt safe and relevant living in this community. All maintenance issues are resolved expediently and the office staffing is very friendly & pretty awesome.
I really enjoy living at Seven Springs! They have an awesome property management team! Tiffany and Tula! The location is a major plus! The community is well kept and quiet for the most part! Friendly residents in my building! All around it’s definitely an 8/10!
Tiffany up at the front office is amazing. She helped me out so much with the whole moving process. So far this is a great complex, my only complaint is the speed bumps are a little rough. Other than that my experience has been great thus far!
Its been a pretty pleasant experiences this year compared to the previous years. I like my building and neighbors, pretty quite for the most part.

Nice, quiet clean community. I’ve been in Atlanta for 5 years and moved 5 times (this is my 6th move) and this is the most comfortable I’ve been since my very first apartment. The people are nice and the pets are friendly.. i love it!
I enjoy living here. It’s quiet, gated, beautiful, and spacious! I don’t have any parking issues. And my unit came with a washer and dryer! The front office staff is pleasant to work with. The gym and pool are nice amenities to have. And maintenance does a great job at fixing things efficiently!

Nice place, quiet, clean and peaceful with kind neighbours ??. Also you can enjoy of amazing gym and wonderful swimming pool. The maintenance is great and very professional.

We moved here 6 months ago and have enjoyed the community. I like the staff in the office, I like that there's communication within the community of what's going on and happening around the complex. We haven't encountered too many of our neighbors but the ones we have are nothing but pleasant.

Seven Springs is clean, quiet and has plenty of parking. the residents clean up after their pets. And the front gates actually work. This is a place that I highly recommend

Great space, close to everything, quiet community. The move in process was quick and easy, the apartment is beautiful. The communication from the leasing department has been great as well.

I really enjoy staying here. It’s clean, quiet, and beautiful! The units are spacious! The complex is clean, landscaped, and well maintained. Maintenance is timely and I have no mold or bug issues.

Seven Springs is one of the best places in Metro Atlanta to live.. The grounds, the people , and the staff are amazing! Still one of the most affordable places to live in this inflated economy! More Bang for your Buck!

I've been living in the community for 3 years. I like my complex, especially now that the stairwell is complete. The maintenance team is great and the leasing office staff is pleasant and helpful. The only downfall is the cleanliness of the building not all the time but sometimes not the best. Overall good place to live.

We recently moved into the complex and we are enjoying our experience so far. The few neighbors we have met have been courteous. One of the things that has really stuck out with us is the spacious hallways and how clean they are kept. Nothing like the place we moved in from!!

Beautiful view from patio that overlooks pool area. Quiet environment outside of noisy neighbors; I believe they have two dogs that’s fighting all the time over my head. Great customer service in the office. Overall very pleased with my move in with Seven Springs Apartments.
