South Carolina’s oldest and largest city, Charleston is nicknamed the “Holy City” because of an ordinance stating that no building can tower over the tallest church steeple. Because of this, there are no skyscrapers of any kind in the city, which has allowed Charleston to maintain its historic character. Home to a stunning landscape and award-winning restaurants, Charleston is truly the center for all things Southern charm.
History buffs revel in the many historical sites throughout Charleston, including the Fort Sumter National Monument, where the first shots at the Civil War were fired. Pristine beaches, the mighty Angel Oak tree, and the vast Lowcountry are popular with the city’s nature lovers. Residents adore the unique boutiques lining King Street, and the live performances at America’s first theater, the Dock Street Theater.

Property Ratings at Seven Farms
Apts are outdated, breezeways are unkept, landscaping is non existent, kids running around everywhere with no adults in sight, people blast their music until 11pm, noisy neighbors, kids are free to pretty much destroy the units, trash dumpster constantly overflowing, ppl just throw trash on the ground like its nothing, roach and spider infested, cops are always being called, section 8 is accepted here, not saying its a bad thing becuz "some"people truly need that assistance but....no parking becuz people have 2 and 3 cars in 1 unit, if u get home after 7/8pm u r screwed and have to walk from the senior lot in the dark, multiple ppl staying in the apts that arent on the lease, thin walls, so of course u can hear your neighbors especially if they have kids you will be sorry u signed a lease here and not to mention the property manager is worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any complaints will be swept under the rug but miss a rent payment and they will be after u like u committed a felony. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. The only 2 good things about this place are location and convenience.
There is no maintenance. My father lives in these apartments. His oven has been broken since before Thanksgiving. Since then, he's been using a very small toaster oven. His dishwasher has been broken almost a year, he has mold and mildew growing on the walls and ceiling. His light at the door broke and he can't see at night to get in his apartment. I'm talking pitch black and anyone could hide and assault him. I'm scared walking up to his door at night. We have been complaining about these issues at no avail.

Was looking for an affordable apartment in Charleston. Got on the waiting list and was lucky to get in a great apartment just as my other lease was ending.
