Grills don't always work and when they do they only work on low temp. TV at pool is only for show no one can use it because it doesn't have remote. Parking is a nightmare. Pool is even worse.

My experience has been pretty great. The communication with the amenities has always been pretty solid, the grills have always worked when I needed them, as well as the apartment has never really given much of an issue. When there was an issue, the maintenance crew has always been on top of the problems and never gave an issue.

Jacuzzi and gates have hardly worked during the time I’ve lived here, gym mirrors are almost always dirty, neighbors are not all that friendly and noisy despite quiet hours after 10, pool used to be 24/7 and that was very lovely but have put a 10pm curfew and chain up the gates way before 10pm.

Could be better all around. Pool water was green for some reason. Office workers seemed like they didn’t care to be at work but then again maybe it was a long day or they really just didn’t want to deal with any issues

Melissa, the property assistant manager is so helpful. All, if any, maintenance requests are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner. There is a lot of pet walking areas and the gated community helps me to feel very safe.

Overall 4/5. Not perfect but good. Only thing that could be improved is the dog poop situation and our neighbors constantly leave their trash outside their door and let it gather for days sometimes a week at a time.

Everyone is wonderful on getting the information when we need it . Wish we could choose our internet providers then having to stay with cox for the fiber plan. If they gates were open from the time the office is open to when it closes the gates would stop breaking so much. I do like this place happy to be here.

Always room for improvement. Outsiders/ Homeless people coming through the gates and searching in dumpsters. Need motorcycle parking, they shouldn’t take up a whole parking space.

The entire staff is so kind. They worked so hard to have our apartment ready for move in (which is gorgeous BTW), and even maintenance is very nice!! I've only been here a week, but I've genuinely loved every second of it.

Nice place to live. I've never walked into a space/model and immediately was sold. For the price, age, size, amenities,..... etc, this complex puts the luxury in luxury living and I'll be looking forward to experiencing it upon my move day!!

Everything has been great. The property is always clean and quiet. The maintenance is always good. They have been having more resident events and they make it after hours sometimes which is cool because I work the same hours as the office.

So far I’ve been enjoying staying in this apartment. Staff is nice and efficient. Not many things to fix in house after my moving. If there would be more equipments in the GYM, that will be wonderful.

Love it here, very peaceful and quiet I recommend to all friends that are looking for a place to live. I do wish there were more options for parking, but it is a beautiful property.
The gates never work, Pool isn’t temperature controlled like advertised, spa never works, fireplace and grills always have maintenance issues or don’t have propane, gym is always dirty, mirrors filthy, no sanitizing wipes for cleaning the machines or hand sanitizer even.There’s always something wrong with the amenities, like where does our money even go, for being a luxury apartment complex and requiring so much to even live here they don’t live up to the expectations yet expect a lot from the residents, never address complaints. It’s like everything goes over their heads.
Property management has been very helpful with services needed in my unit. Definitely been an improvement as of late from over the few years I’ve resided here.

From the second I walked into the leasing office to today (almost 4 months of living here later) this experience has been great. Yes, there are a few things I would change, but that is to be expected anywhere you go or live. Melissa has been my primary person of contact and I have nothing but great things to say about her.

The apartment itself is nice. The gates are almost always being fixed. If you have more than one car (i.e. have a roommate) you only get one parking spot and there's very very limited free spaces available so you have to pay 5$ to park almost every day. The rocks smell like dog urine but the dog park is nice. The pool and spa are usually available and the outside door grills and fire area are nice. The gym is actually really nice for an apartment gym but can get crowded around January (duh)

Everybody is extremely nice, efficient and helpful. I’ve never had such a quick easy move in as I did at this apartment complex! The whole apartment complex is very clean, quiet and pet friendly! I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for a safe, comfortable new home!

I have really enjoyed my time here. It always so clean and quiet on property when I walk with my family. I love my apartment! I just wish there was more resident events because we missed the first one and we were hoping to go.

Move in process was very smooth. Office staff were very nice and Accommodating when we needed to move in within a couple days. Enjoying our apartment. Very quiet. Dog park was clean.
