Seton South is an apartment community in which the head of household, spouse, or co-head must be 62 years of age or greater. Income limits determined by the Federal Government apply to all to our apartments. Those who meet eligibility requirements will pay 30 percent of their annual adjusted income towards rent and utilities. All utilities are included in the rent, except telephone and cable. All of the apartments are unfurnished one bedroom units equipped with a refrigerator and stove. Three of the apartments are barrier-free units. Seton South is located on the south side of Columbus. We are located in a country type setting with the convenience of the city close by. We are a two story building, with an elevator for the residents’ convenience. We are located across the street from Great Southern Shopping Center.
