When I first moved to Seta, everything was amazing. They kept the grounds clean, maintenance was good and things were fixed properly. Management has switched a few times and a lot of stuff has gone downhill. The upkeep of the grounds is not up to the same standard and they increased the rent a lot.

Not happy with up keep of the landscape in areas that are unseen by visitors. Not happy with the amount of dog feces not picked up by other residence. Many residence do not pick it up leaving it to the maintenance workers to pick up, terrible. This is a on going issues. I've actually seen people not pick up after their pets.

Seta is a clean, safe environment with nice amenities. The staff genuinely seem to care about their residents. The apartments are nice and modern with good sound barriers. I would absolutely recommend Seta, especially for dog owners because it's very dog-friendly!

Maintenance needed was done in a very timely manner. No issues at all. Problem with the sink and garbage disposal was taken care of within the next day. Very satisfied

Everyone here is super friendly. Plus when I put a request in management gave me a plugger because all stores where sold out. And the plugger is what I actually needed. It was very sweet and very kind that they went out of their way for me.

This is the nicest community for miles. Other than financial constraints, I dont see why everyone in SD looking for an apartment wouldn't want to live here. We would absolutely recommend this community to any friends and family.
