Property Ratings at Sereno Park Apartments
The apartment itself is nice and the location is great, however the price advertised isn't what you'll be paying as there are a ton of extra fees added on. Water and sewage are billed from the middle of one month to the next which doesn't make much sense since rent is billed from the beginning of the month. My upstairs neighbors have kids that run around a lot, and it is very loud. I had to turn in my ESA letter twice and they still owe me a credit of $20 as I was charged pet rent when I shouldn't have been. My dryer in the unit is slow to dry laundry (I run it twice on the longest cycle at the highest heat) despite maintenance cleaning the vent. I have to agree with another reviewer who said quality does not match the price.

Sereno Park Leasing Agent Roy was very helpful in the application process. Apartments are very well maintained and kept up with. Great place to live with great shops and restaurants near by
Great Community!
Maintenance requests take over 1 1/2 months to complete.
Very nice apartments, great amenities. Relaxed and quiet place to live. Office management are very respectful and helpful.
Friendly people and nice apartment all around.
The only problem I see is if you come home late (After 9:30) You can't find parking, you have to park a ways from your apartment. Wish there were more parking spots. Or you have be be home early to get a spot. Not all of us can afford the extra pay for a covered parking.

Sereno Park is such a homely place for any family. They provide a wide range of amenities and the style of apartments is of a new modern style. I love the color scheme.

Really enjoying my new place, the people here are very nice and the complex is well kept. I haven't been in a apartment in 10 yrs. But due to a divorce, I wanted to make sure I found somewhere safe for my son and me. I am very happy that I decided to make Serarno Park my new home. GOD HAS REALLY BLESS MY FAMILY.
It's pretty nice. There's just a lot that could be better. But it could be worse also.
Excellent staff and amenities. Option of laundry inside your apartment is nice. Fitness center is a small and pool could be bigger considering how many people it attracts. At 6ft deep, its a good size pool. Beautiful landscaping, and is well kept. A bit pricey after all the monthly fees. Love it here, and hate having to leave. For a nice view, pick apt building 7 and a back facing unit; away from the road and quite.
