All they do is lie,I finally got my mail keys box after 3months now the mail box is broken they still didn’t fix I gotta go to the post office everyday to go pick up my mail and trash everywhere in this apartment just don’t come ..I regret moving in this junk apartment

Deplorable living conditions, no here cares what issues you have with the apartment. Water leaking everywhere carpet is soaked. No one cares, it has been months and no one has came out. Take a look for yourself, the property itself is the reflection of their management. NASTY!

Grounds are NOT clean, there are potholes everywhere and where there isn’t one there’s a family of cats lounging around. Recently trash was not removed for over two weeks, and now that is has been removed there is still debris from the trash left all over the complex. Beside this I have now been waiting over 3 months for them to put a dryer outlet in the townhome where there should have already been one. No clue as to how this place has 4 stars, but it’s highly misleading

This place has gone downhill underneath the new owners they don't fix anything they don't do snow removal they don't have any security anymore there was a time that they didn't pay for the trash so it just piled up this place is bad I can't wait to get out of here

Do Not move here! I asked for a unit with washer and dryer hookup I received one without one. They gave me the wrong key ! Had to pay 100$ for a lock Smith to unlock door. Apartment was dirty the day I was suppose to move in. Had to pay for hotel because they were closed Saturday and Sunday. Oh they also don't have on-call maintenance.

Management does not care about tenant needs. They will take there time with fixing issues but expect the rent on time. There are RATS and mildew.

Great place to live, very well kept up. Grounds are clean and neat.

If I could select ZERO stars, I would. By far, the worst apartment community I have EVER lived in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. In short, I have been without air conditioning for 8 days now. MY APARTMENT HOME HAS BEEN AT 84-DEGREES THROUGHOUT THE PAST WEEK PLUS. Why? Because the maintenance team here is incapable of repairing a/c units and can only diagnose. Who comes out? A company called Quality Air based out of OHIO! A technician was 'scheduled' to come out on Day 4. Instead, he came out on Day 5--changed a fuse and then failed to confirm a change in air temperature. Upon reporting this to the office, I was falsely promised that a different, superior technician would be out on Day 8. Well here I sit, in an 83-degree apartment at 8:20p without a/c. Anytime I call the office to discuss this matter, I am blown off. Recently my calls have even been dodged--sending my number to voicemail but answering me off a different phone number. Office staff fails to recognize that 8 days without a/c means 8 days of INHABITABILITY, due to lethargy, headaches, the inability to cook (stove/oven is gas!), and inability to sleep. Office staff fails to recognize their inconsiderate approach with maintenance breaks IC 32-31-8-5 as the air conditioning system is not in "good and safe working condition". Oh, and don't even try to call the corporate number, as it is just a call answering service that will connect you to your leasing office. WHAT A JOKE!

We Moved Here Back In April Of This Year And So Far We Really Like It. They Are Really Quiet And Affordable. We Have A 2 Apartment And It’s Really Big And Spacious. The Front Office Staff Are Nice And They Have Really Good Popcorn And Coffee. I Would Totally Recommend These Apartments To A Friend Or Family Memeber!!

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and will be signing a new lease for a 3rd . For the area we live in I think it’s safe to expect drama and police and violence but honestly my neighborhood is pretty chill and quiet . We’ve had very few issues living here whether that be with the staff , the location we live in , or just general maintenance . We are in our mid 20’s , no children yet , and love living here . We would definitely reccomend .

Lived here for two years get told one thing and they do another. I sign for a smoke free apartment and other renters smoke in the access area. I paid for access key for a gated community and the gate has only been down the first three months I live here.

Lexington is a great place to live. The staff is always nice and friendly and the apartment grounds are always very well maintained.

Lexington Park is a great place to live. It's not 100% quiet but what apartment is.

Great grounds, staff, and front office. The apartments are updated and the maintenance are always prompt even tho you rarely need them.

I live in a 2 bedroom townhome. I love the closet space and workout room. My kids love the park that is right by the fitness center. I recommend this community

I've been here almost a year and am looking forward to signing a new lease soon. In this past year the Lexington Park staff has gone out of their way to accommodate myself and my children. They are very understanding and do their best to work with you. The environment is very quiet and kid friendly.

I've been living in Lexington Park for almost a year and I love it still the keep up the maintenance and everything is always clean good neighbors and excellent staff

Moved into Lexington Park and was immediately traumatized. I contacted the corporate office and they were very understanding of my situation and told me they would let me out of my lease with NO penalties. This was a month ago. I just received in the mail that we owe $5,000. I have tried to contact the number and get no response.

Apartment/townhouse is huge, grouds are always clean. Love it!

I cannot express enough how awesome the office staff is. I haven't even lived in my apartment a full year and the staff has always worked with me with any concern I've ever had. They are very understanding and willing to help you in any way they can. I love my apartment and look forward to renewing my lease next year. Out of any complex I have ever lived in Lexington Park has accommodated my family more than ever. God bless you all :)

Me and my husband have lived in Lexington Park Apartments going on for years we love our apartment is very peaceful and quiet we have very nice Neighbors and we haven't had any problems since we lived over here and the staff members are very nice people I would recommend anyone to move in Lexington Park

I have lived at Lexington Park Apartments for almost 2 years my only problem I have is they take forever to cash your personal check or one person tell you one thing in the leasing office and another tells you something different.

My fiancé and I like living in Lexington Park Apartments. We haven't had any issues . No breakins , no violence , staff is nice and always understanding if we have any issues . I am a college student and always have a lot of homework and need the time to study My neighbors are quiet , it's never too loud and that's always a plus ! Main office staff is friendly and they understand that life happens and are willing to work with you when it does if you just go talk to them . I definitely believe we'll be here another year !

Lexington Park is a great community . My fiancé and I have been there for almost a yr now and have NEVER had issues with violence or break ins . The staff is so nice and always willing to do what they can when life situations occur . Maintenance is always on it ! Whenever we have a problem they are always right there . We just really appreciate living here .

My apartment is so nice and spacious I love it. Everyone in the leasing office is so nice and courteous. Whenever I have a problem that needs to be solved they fix it quick and easy.

I have live in my apartment for a little over 2years and I love it I haven't had any problem out of the staff they are really helpful like if you need something done inside you apartment they try to do there best to make sure that you are always happy. If you are a family person then this is were I think you should live they even have a park for your pets to run around at. I like these apartments as soon as I moved in here about months ago in August 2016 I fell in love at first I was skeptical of the area because it's on post but if I came in to talk to one of the staff members Emily a very young bright office member here she show me a two bedroom and I really liked it and more and she told me straight up that it's not that bad now I feel like the apartments are great but the neighbors are very ferocious and some of the office members needs to learn more on the comprehensive side and they could use more security like build a wall around the apartment community and more security guard but other than that great apartments....

I've been with Lexington Park Apartments for over a year and I'm grateful to call this Place my home. It has been an amazing and affordable year for me with them and I would recommend this to anyone that needs a place to call home

Safe and quiet complex. My apartment complex is always clean, love the fresh smell of oranges when the staff cleans the hallway carpet. Laundry room is conveniently upstairs that's a major PLUS - Alexis Patterson

The amenities at Lexington Park are great. The pool area is always clean, the gym has all the equipment a person needs, and the grounds are well maintained. I would definitely recommend an apartment here.
