Marijuana smells the halls and apartments every morning and evening and night miserable for the elderly on oxygen these people are too old for this nonsense!

Rundown property. Was not maintained by original/previous owners, was dumped/purchased by new owners who are based in Florida. New owners have had 2 1/2 years to make improvements, very little, other than a few cosmetics, have been done. I do believe current property manager & staff are trying but it is a no-win situation. Perhaps if Florida corporate had to deal with caved-in ceilings, no a/c, no water, consistent flooding, panhandling, vagrants, and on and on and on, they might have a different perspective. Very sad.

I never had a issues with this place if I have a issue they will take care of it ASAP. Everyone I have talk with is very nice and understanding. Never had anyone talk down to me.
