Property Ratings at Serene at Woodlake
If "HOME" is what you want.. this is the place to live.. quiet, respectful neighbors, beautiful landscape within the private community. The Staff are great at working with tenants to resolve any issues. Everyone looks out for the community.. People care- Thank you Lorrie, Mike, Megan and Blake! You truly help make this a safe and warm place to live
My husband and I just moved into Serene and so far, so good! Lorrie coordinated our lease set up and was so helpful with the moving in process. Blake is apart of the maintenance crew and helped set up our washer and dryer unit. He was swift, professional & kept our area clean. the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Would certainly recommend the place!
I have lived at Serene At Woodlake Apartments since 2015. Although the apartments are older, management is good about keeping them updated. The location is extremely convenient to everything in Athens. There is a real sense of community here with many long time residents. Management staff is responsive and friendly. A special shoutout to Mike with maintenance. He not only takes pride in his work but is extremely caring and friendly always going the extra mile to help anyone. Rest assured if you have a maintenance issue, Mike or Blake will take care of you. The apartment complex has mature trees which newer complexes don’t have, therefore, wildlife is abundant here. It’s quiet and I feel safe here. I would recommend this rental property without reservation.
While I have mostly enjoyed living here since it is quiet and safe, the price increases have been significantly high. The apartments are not worth the price, and there certainly is a higher turnover rate with the new management. Even the basic amenities like the pool are closed for most of the season for various reasons.
Perfect Location for a thriving college town. Close to everything. Surrounded by trees and off the main road, but in the heart of everything. Pool is clean. It has a dog walk and very pet friendly. Office staff is very sweet, and has courtesy officers in the building. Very safe feeling. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any needs night or day.
