I scheduled a tour at 12:30pm which was the only time I would be able to view the apartment, got a confirmation email, and arrived ten minutes early. There was no one in the leasing office. I waited until 12:45, but no one showed up. I had to get back to my office, so I wasn't able to view the property. It was just a waste of my time.

My car was broken into property refuses to light the parking area will not hire security and will not dislcose to me frequency of break ins. I have lived here for 3 months. The staff is unhelpful and prone to mistakes and work orders no matter how impactful can take weeks to get done and water is shut off alot.
If I could give this a zero I would. Very high turnover in staff. Had 3 diff office managers in the 10mos I lived there. They surprise you with unexpected move out charges and have NO flexibility in giving you a payment plan, so if you live here save your $ so you can pay outrages unjustified sketchy charges at the end. You have to deal with corporate to pay those charges and corporate is very rude- you’re just a dollar sign to them, so good luck with that. They don’t do a very good background check for your neighbors. I had to call the police on mine for drunkenly peeing off his balcony (above me) and exposing himself to me. I ended up having to unexpectedly move out for my safety and going to court. And after all that I’m still dealing with Serafina coming after me to put new carpet in my old unit. I’m a professional in my 30s and this place does not value their good paying tenants. This is the worst place I’ve had to deal with and the worst decision I’ve made for a place to live. The location is nice but not worth the turmoil this place caused me. The staff may seem nice at first but they will have 90% turnover every few months and you’ll be constantly dealing with people who do not know how to handle things.
Location is great! Bus routes including the free circular are right in front of the complex. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. And easy access to major freeways. The neighborhood is quite with little to no crime, in the Ahwatukee foothills community. I am resigning my lease for the third year, this is due to the clean comfortable grounds, and the friendly staff. I like that they know me and my dog by name. Maintenance is handled quickly, we have had some trouble with hot water this past year but the staff kept us updated on shutoffs and repairs, and did everything they could to have hot water for showers available for us in non effective buildings. The pool is sparkling and the patio furniture is the nicest I have seen. Rent is fair compared to other complexes in the area. My biggest dislike is the kitchen, these are older apartments and the kitchens need to be updated. So if your looking for a great place to live in Phoenix AZ come to Serafina and tel them I sent you!
I've lived here at Serafina for 3 month's now and it's been a great experience so far. Not only is the community and staff amazing, but the location is unlike any other. It's close to anything you can think of and the i10 freeway is less than a mile away. 2 Thumbs up!
Beautiful flooring with a wood look, wonderful walk in closets in all rooms, very light and airy with many windows and patio doors. I love this place and have never lived anywhere like it.
