This is an absolutely beautiful apartment that is easy to live in, but the rent paying system is completely outdated and confusing. There is no way to pay rent without some sort of service fee either at the lovely Walmart customer service desk or with a money order or fee on a terrible payment portal that messed up my own books for months. The walls are thin and the internet they have contracted regularly goes out. It’s a nice place to live besides all of that. Roomy and lovely. Just a little behind the times with technology and not very dependable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We were SO happy with this place when we first moved in and looked around. It was beautiful and the staff was initially friendly and helpful. Within 3 months, we were accused of something we didn't do and were warned we would be evicted in 10 days. This was stressful and took several days to clear up. Now this last weekend, rent was not posted to the online portal (which is the preferred method of rent payment during covid). We have jobs and were not able to physically come in to the office to bring a check during business hours, so I called to figure out what the issue was. I was told on the 2nd of the month that the issue would be cleared up later that day and no late fees would be charged. NO LATE FEES WOULD BE CHARGED! It was not resolved on the 2nd and the office was closed on the 3rd (Sunday). It is now the 4th and the leasing office is packed with residents trying to pay rent and only ONE person working in the office. The residents have been told that they have been charged late fess and will HAVE to pay them and if they do not, they will receive eviction notices. Not to mention, our rent never seems to be the same each month so we don't even know what we owe without being able to look online or talk to management. I have rented apartments for the last 6 years and been in 3 different complexes. I have always been in good standing at these complexes. Now I move here and I have been threatened to be evicted TWICE in one year. PLEASE STAY AWAY if you are a good renter, other complexes will definitely appreciate your business more and treat you the way you should be treated.

Our experience was horrible. We notified management we were moving out in 60 days but needed a few more days. They said no problem we will prorate rent for you. That was a lie. They billed us for the full month. When we went to go figure it out. They tried to charge me a late fee. You don’t get your security deposit back. They keep it claiming cleaning fees. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. They raise rent without notifying you. Not recommended

We just renewed our lease for the second year, because honestly in my whole time living here I have only been able to find one complaint. The community is inviting and homey, the maintence men wave at you when you drive by, in a very “where everybody knows your name” fashion. The staff up front are always friendly even if you are going in there for the third morning in a row, solely to steal their coffee creamer. Every service complaint I have had ( which is not many, the appliances are in great condition)has been handled within 24hrs. A bug guy comes and sprays every Monday and will do your house, by request, any Monday you wish, so if I see one spider, I’m calling for a bug appointment, for free. Now the one complaint I had is I did see a lot of wasps, but I also saw the bug working on it every week- so complaint solved. The pool is super inviting, and there is never very many people there, which is great, because I’m not going to the pool if someone else is already at the pool - ya know? Same goes for the gym. There are plenty of nicely kept grass areas for dog walking. Honestly, I have recommended my mom live here, and I really care about my mom.

I have lived here for a little over 3 years and absolutely loved it until it has been put under new management. I understand that things change, but after raising my rent $75 a month when I renewed in June, this complex has gone downhill fast. The worst is that we haven't been able to use the pool for weeks. It's green and filthy. One of the shower heads in the shower is broken. The hot tub has been closed for over a month. The whole pool area has been locked down most of the time. They finally opened the gates after noon today so people can barbecue on the holiday weekend although the hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The palm trees haven't been trimmed which leaves long brown branches hanging from them. The business center is supposed to be open 24/7, but they lock it up at 10:00. The maintenance staff doesn't work on weekends and contrary to your website, the office is closed on Sundays.

Your input, and the feedback from all of our residents and future residents is vitally important to us and we always want your expectations to be met. The spa is nice, warm, and ready to use. We are open on Sundays from 10am to 5pm. However, if the office is closed it may be due to touring future members of the community. The business center and gym are available 24/7. We do provide all Serafina community members with an electronic gate card, which is used to access all amenities. Without the electronic gate key the doors do remain locked. My husband and I moved to this location because of work and we were very happy on how the staff treated us with respect and warm welcome! I felt the kindness of the staff and sincerity on helping us get the best apartment unit that will suite our needs and budget... The apartment itself is much larger than other 1 BR's I looked at and has a nice built-in desk and quality appliances. There are several floor plans and price ranges to choose from as well. The pool/hot tub are nice and the club house is equipped with 2 TV's and Wifi. The fitness area is nothing fancy, but adequate for an apartment complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the common areas are well maintained. It is a convenient location and you can see the fireworks over at the ballpark.
I have really enjoyed living in this complex. Management staff is friendly and responsive. The maintenence staff is top notch. Grounds are well maintained..feels like living in a resort.
We love this place! Clean and well maintained. Management is wonderful. And the apartment is upgraded and modernized. We are just very happy to be here. I would recommend this complex to family and friends.
I just move into Serafina, and the staff is great. Always willing to assist, Bryant was my first contact and he was very helpful, and pleasant.
