From the start, Robert was attentive to our concerns and went above and beyond to address the issues we faced during our stay. He helped us with rebooking and ensured our frustrations were resolved quickly and professionally. His problem-solving skills and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. Robert made what could have been a stressful situation much easier, and I hope his efforts are recognized. He is a credit to the team and truly sets a high standard for customer care

After 2 yrs it was time to say goodbye. My experience here was amazing. The office staff are helpful and professional. James and the maintenance really keep things in great shape. Will miss all of you.

Great staff, amazing amenities and I love the monthly tenant activity/events that are held (they’re soooo needed!) since the first day I walked in to view an apt, leasing agent/concierge, Tamiya, has helped me every step of the way. Her energy and customer service is consistent and really makes my stay here so much easier. From bringing packages to my door during my pregnancy to her professionalism (which is top tier)…she’s truly a gem. I appreciate GM Tristan and his willingness to be communicative and OJ & Chris with their assistance as well.

I just moved into this apartment. The security facilities are excellent, and the agents are also beneficial in solving my problems. I want to give extra thanks to Tamiya. She is a really nice person and always gives me great help (such as finding packages, solving my WIFI fee problem, etc.). She remembers everyone's name, even when I just moved in.

Stayed in one of their furnished apartments for business and I found everything I needed for a long business trip. Everyone is extremely pleasant to deal with and very nice gym. The staff are helpful and James was so kind. He repaired my issues quickly and correctly. Office staff are so kind. The units are priced well for the location.

Yesterday I got the opportunity to visit this property. It is beautiful! The concierge is friendly. The coffee is amazing and James help me find an outlet so I could work. He made me feel at home even though I was just visiting! I plan on returning and lease.

I find the property beautiful and staff to be very professional. I witness one of the maintenance team helping install a license plate for someone last week. All the staff are very kind and professional. I also love the short term stay option.

I recently took a tour here at Sentral, the property is simply amazing and Alejha found the time out of her busy schedule to assist and answer any questions I had about the property. Shoutout to everyone on the leasing staff and maintenance as well because I know maintaining a building that big they have their work cut out for them.

My experience at Sentral has been absolutely phenomenal. In particular, I want to commend Tamiya one of the concierges who has been amazing. Her dedication and attentiveness is exceptional. She truly goes out of her way to make sure she takes care of the residents needs. Very appreciative!

It has been almost a year of staying here at Sentral West Midtown and I can say I still love it. What stands out to me the most is our concierge. Tamiya is always so kind, attententive and always willing to help. Every time I see her she’s wearing a smile even on the busiest days! The level of customer service is unmatched.

Sentral made me feel like I was at home. The surrounding community was so welcoming furthermore, the concierge is what stole the show. Miss Tamiya was impeccable. She's the reason I'll be visiting again.

This is the only apartment in atlanta with all-star management, front desk, maintenance, amenities, and facilities. I love living here and they are constantly working on making the resident's experience first class. The neighborhood is awesome but the building has made it 10x better. I've never hear good things about management from any other apartment complex - that's usually the hardest part of apartment searching. Sentral's management really cares, works to improve the experience every day, and continuously provides resources for residents like homesharing, package delivery, trash valet, and more. I love the 24/7 front desk - they are always so attentive and go above and beyond. My experience in Atlanta has been 100x better ever since moving here.

I absolutely loved the apartment. It’s in such a great area, and the views are beautiful and I absolutely loved the staff, especially the leasing agent. He was very knowledgeable of the area and of the company. If you are touring, I highly recommend that you tour with OJ.

Sentral definitely has a lot to offer - from location, to amenities, to price! I was blown away by the pool, the gym, and how everything you need is just a skip away. OJ absolutely sold me on Sentral West Midtown.

Our company used the game room area for training. It was a beautiful spot and convenient location. Parking was easy and staff was so friendly. James and Keven was able help us with connecting the tv for our presentation. I highly recommend Sentral West Midtown Star Metals accommodations.

Love the community, a little on the high end but it is one of the nicer buildings in West Midtown. The coffee shop in the lobby is very convenient for us coffee drinkers. One of my favorite features is the large windows in the bedrooms. I wish they had more apartments that offered city views like they advertise online but other than that the space is beautiful. Oj as been very helpful getting though the application process, he is a top tier professional with a heart of gold. I would 100% recommend Sentral in the future.

This is by far the best apartment I've ever leased. This property is lovely, the staff is knowledgeable and the location is great! Such a fun atmosphere. The rooftop area is particularly delightful.

Best places I’ve seen is midtown , toured with OJ he did a great job answering all of my questions and really selling the community. The vibe is great there definitely planning to lease.

The maintenance staff is simply the best! As a vendor to the community it is so nice to connect with the staff. James is always smiling and can light up my day. It has been a pleasure to work with him for the last 5 years.

I came in for a tour and the property is so beautiful. The concierge, Alajia, was super helpful getting me set up for my self guided tour.

From the front desk concierge to back office, I always get the best service. Alajia in particular Is incredible, and is always a true joy to see. Her service is so prompt and she always does everything with a smile. You can tell she gives her best every single day. We need more people like her in this world!

During my tour I encountered one of the maintenance staff, his name was James and he was very personable as well as very knowledgeable about the property. He also happen to mention some very desirable and popular restaurants nearby. This is definitely a plus as I am very much a foodie

Alright bet, listen. Real, honest review: Sentral is the BEST apartment building in the city. From the initial tour to moving in, the team has done a phenomenal job at making every step as effortless as possible. Sentral has all the great amenities, a very lively neighborhood, spacious apartments, and a friendly community. And last, but certainly not least, Alajia is by far one of the most helpful and courteous team members here. You will not regret living here!

Excellent accommodations! If you need anything done or have any questions Alajia at the front desk is your concierge. She handles all my needs! Can’t say enough good things about her attention to detail.

Cool place to stay at for short term leasing. Amenities are nice, peaceful community, and staff is pretty helpful overall. Concierge was really nice my entire stay, Deasia always made sure I was well taken care of. Overall I would recommend this place.

This was by far the best stay just for the convenience and friendly staff. They have a coffee shop, easy access to restaurants, and a library which helped during work hours. Dasiah and Alajia were such a pleasure to see and made me feel at home away from home. They also have short term stays which is new to see. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place.

Toured Sentral West Midtown and I loved how friendly they were. Typically, I wouldn't write a review from a simple tour, but it was warranted here. The apartments I saw were spacious and had great amenities. Having the coffee shop right in the lobby is super cool and convenient. Already requested the paperwork to secure a spot for my stay.
