Been living here for a few years now and highly recommend. Great location and walking distance from anything you’re looking for. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond and same goes from the front office assistance, shout-out Alexa for all the help!
This has been my first experience moving, and every step of the way Alexa from the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and laid out for me. Additionally she has had incredible patience with me as I try to figure out every new thing I need to contend with or figure out and get back to her with. From the renter's insurance to the internet service, she has had a recommendation for everything I could possibly need. I haven't been here long yet but I look forward to my whole time here and first renting year!
I originally booked a short term stay and ended up leasing a long term apartment with MaryHelen! The staff are so helpful and friendly and there are lots of stores and restaurants to walk to! Highly recommend for short and long term.

Moved to Austin from Florida, never having visited before, and spent the whole first week here trying to find where my pup and I would call home. What separated this apartment complex from all the others we toured? Karyn and company. Seriously, Karyn and the others who work here are so easy going and personable, that for someone like me (who isn’t usually an apartment guy) I found it very easy to settle in here. We came in from California to find a place in Austin we randomly picked Sentral because we liked E. 6th street. Mary Helen sold us on the place immediately she was very inviting answered all our questions from that first incounter to moving in she was amazing! Sentral 1630 has been a great time so far. The office staff had always been a joy to see around and helpful when I’ve needed anything. Maintenance has been very responsive to my requests and have done great. Only things I would change are the size of the gym and to have to the coffee machines maintained more frequently by the office staff and actual technicians.

Sentral has been a dream to stay at, from the overall ambiance of the apartment to the friendly staff (Alex, Allen, Emme, Karyn, Luis, and Andres) I feel right at home. Whenever I come back to my room at Sentral after a stressful day I feel so relieved to be back. Emme is SUCH a help!! She’s always happy to have a friendly conversation or to answer any questions we have right away. Karyn helped my Boyfriend and I with the application process and it went so smoothly it felt too good to be true. And Alex and Allen are so understanding of any situation and are willing to problem solve and make sure that we’re comfortable. Overall Sentral is a place I’m proud to call home at the end of the day, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home.

Beautiful apartment. Wonderful amenities. Excellent leasing and maintenance teams. What more could you ask for? I unexpectedly started working from home at the beginning of my first lease due to the pandemic. Luckily, Sentral is the perfect place in Austin to do that - the apartment is comfortable, quiet, and maintenance issues are typically resolved within the hour. Then my sister needed to move in towards the end of my second lease, and Alex made the process pain-free. Emme from leasing even helped resolve an emergency situation on Christmas Eve (!) as we were leaving for dinner. I've been unable to attend most of the resident events due to work and family obligations, but they always look so fun (I've seen a lu?au put on in the pool courtyard). The community app is pretty active as well, and I've made friends with some neighbors that way. :)

I've always felt so blessed to be able to live in this apartment complex! The location is amazing and I love being able to literally step outside of the building and meet friends for lunch and drinks across the street. I'm a grad school student and my commute to UT is also very easy between catching the bus on 7th street or biking to classes. The proximity to downtown is also incredibly nice and I really do feel that living in this building has given my an awesome opportunity to explore Austin on a different level than a lot of other students who either live in West Campus or North Campus. I also love my apartment itself. Even though I live in a tiny studio, the layout works really well and has tons of storage space too. Between all the cabinets in the kitchen and the storage space above the Murphy bed, I've been able to store all my books and kitchen supplies well. The building itself also has a lovely lobby area and courtyard space so when I feel cooped up in my apartment, there are always other places to work and be productive.
The location and efficient studio is perfect, and the service is immaculate. I can schedule any fix on the apartment portal and they come the very next day to solve any issues. Eammons with Sentral fixed both my sinks immediately, very helpful and mindful of one's space, and is super resourceful for maintenance recommendations.
The location on E6th reigns supreme. I bike pretty much everywhere, grocery delivery, and walk to go party. My studio came with mattress and tv which made things easier when I moved in. The elevator is a bit slow and I really wish there was a pool, but the low cost regulated rent is fire!
I have been at Sentral East Austin for a little over 2 years. It has been a wonderful decision. Everyone who works with in Sentral is extremely friendly and attentive. Allen in particular stands out with his phenomenal communication and personality - answering any question I may have and finding an immediate solution to any request. The building is extremely well kept, and safe. The location is unbeatable and is close to fun bars / restaurants. It is close enough to down town where you don’t feel far. Definitely enjoy living here and would recommend checking out Sentral!
I’ve recently moved to the Indie from another side of town, and the transition was totally flawless! Nothing but great communication and helpful tips along the way. Rendell was especially helpful with any questions I had during signing and move in. The apartment has been stellar and I’ve had no noise/other complaints over the past few weeks, even with many residents being home due to COVID. Clean and cozy, I highly recommend for easy going residents :)
