I’ve lived here for 3 years and went through 6 management teams, and now can confidently say this is the worst management I’ve experienced. Everything seems fine — until you have a problem that doesn’t involve maintenance. That’s when it all falls apart. The new team lacks basic accountability and communication. If you ever need something fixed that isn’t a leaking pipe or a broken light, good luck. You’ll be ignored, gaslit, or blamed. Don’t expect empathy or ownership — just silence, deflection, and stress. I paid top dollar expecting a luxury experience. Instead, I’ve had to deal with emotional distress, retaliatory treatment, and complete lack of care. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you move in here, make sure you also budget for a therapist, because that’s what you’ll need once things go sideways. There are better places in LA for less — places where the staff actually listens and cares. Don’t let the building fool you. It’s not worth your peace of mind.

They never answer the phone, emails, or texts. I walked in to the elevator today and the floor was black, dog pee in the corner and the Sales person who rode the elevator with me even apologized.. :(

This place is a very secure and safe spot in DTLA, although many passer bys are near the building, it remains very safe and protected by a very well prepared staff. They handle packages and guests with great professionalism and safety toward the residents. I appreciate their great attitudes also as each day I’m greeted by someone at the front lobby with a smile. Such a honest welcome each time. Feel safe and secure with friendly neighbors and staff!

I was lucky enough to stay at Sentral DTLA for a weekend. I loved it so much I leased an apartment here! The staff is amazing and the community is just as amazing! The amenities are top notch. The views to downtown LA are second to none. If you’re looking for a place for short term leasing or for a place to call home I highly recommend Sentral DTLA you will not be disappointed!

I stayed in the furnished room twice for a total of 6 months. I’m very happy with my life here. My room was spotlessly clean, with stylishly designed furniture, a large kitchen. The pool and hot tub are also great. All the staff at Sentral were friendly, they took care of our luggage and were quick to respond when l had a problem. In my case, the rent included furniture and utilities, including Wi-Fi, so it was a good deal.

I moved in this past summer and love it here. I am on a high floor with a beautiful downtown view. The apartments are quiet, apart from the normal DTLA street sounds. I love the rooftop. The staff is nice and they have some parties for residents once or twice a month that are always a good time. I recommend this building and already referred a friend who is moving in next month!

I just stayed here for a month as I was working on a project downtown with my job and I loved it. The building is very nice, well maintained, and I love the lounge and pool. The pool is heated so I was able to enjoy it even in December. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for someone from out of town with no access to a car. The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Work will bring me back and I’ll definitely stay here again, it’s a lot better than a hotel!

I really like this building. I moved in this summer and have been happy since. I love my apartment, it’s quiet and great for people like me who work from home on most days. The pool deck is shaded and quiet during the week, perfect when you want to take your laptop and work outside. The staff at the desk is nice and helpful. I just had a friend tour as well and I hope he moves in soon!

I have lived in many cities and complexes but it never felt like home until I moved to Sentral DTLA ! The community, amenities, events organized by the building -everything is just unbelievable. I even feel like I will be stuck here for a while, honestly, because it's THAT good. I have never had yoga on the rooftop or comedy show at the place where I live, have you?? Sentral is killing it! Moving here was easy peasy , thanks to Alina, the leasing manager who has been taking such good care of me since I even started to think about moving here. Moving is supposed to be tough but not if your leasing manager is Alina, she makes things happen like magic without any effort from your side. Thank you guys for my beautiful Downtown life ??!

I toured 8+ apartments and was not set on anything until I toured Sentral. When I arrived, Kurt had multiple apartments to show me within my range, and helped me find the perfect home. Even after the tour he was quick and responsive with any questions I had. The look and lease deal was a steal, and 6 months of free parking in downtown LA?! Can’t beat it. Cant wait to call the Sentral my home in 3 days!

Living at Sentral has been so wonderful. I know DTLA can be a commitment to move to but I truly haven't looked back. Kurt is the best, and from the moment I got my first (and now second!) apartment here it's just been a dream to work with him! The team at Sentral is so cool and welcoming. They are always checking the grounds to make sure the amenities look great and are enjoyable, you get to play, work out, and enjoy the facilities on both sides too which is awesome. I also love that they foster community by throwing fun events with food, drinks, music, games every once in awhile to meet friends, etc. To be honest, for the price, the well thought out layouts, and awesome people you can't really beat choosing Sentral for your next home!

Alina was the leasing agent that showed me many different properties that fit into my specific needs. She was very professional and went out of her way to ensure that I saw all of the amenities and features the building(s) had to offer. After I found the unit I loved, she was very thorough and responsive through my application process. She never made me feel like I had too many questions or was inconveniencing her with some of my indecisiveness (haha). In addition to Alina making a great impression on leaving there, the building was very well kept, clean, peaceful and everyone seemed to know each other which I love. It felt like a close community even though there are two separate large buildings. I toured many different residences in DTLA for over a month and knew after my experience with Alina and touring the building that I had found the right place. Looking forward to moving in soon!

Alex is the best! I'm 7 month pregnant and got locked out of my apartment (problem wity the door). It was 10pm, Sunday night. Alex got my call and came within 15 minutes!!! He insisted to fix everything on spot even though he could have done it the day after. I really appreciate it! You're the best!
