Experience here at Seneca is good so far, the community is quiet and peaceful, the staff at the leasing office are A very good to work and there customer service on point, the maintenance department very efficient when u call they come, overall so far a good experience, I would recommend anyone to live here.

It use to be the best place around to live. If it isn't for the pot smoking in the buildings it's the yelling and stomping. But with everything changing I guess here had to change too
Nice and pretty clean. Laundry rooms suck only one machine and maintenance is slow or non existent. It's very quiet and I've seen no crime. I moved from 2 miles away and it's a world of difference. If they could get things fixed in a timely manor it would be great.

Everything is going well. Everyone here at this location is very nice and willing to help. I lived here 40 years ago when it was Town and country it's basically the same apartment, I don't think they had a pool or a fitness room so I think all that is a lot better.

I wish I could say that my experience here gas been good but it has not. I've only been here since January and I've had nothing but issues with noise from the tenants above me. The repairs to my apartment aren't getting addressed in a timely manner and when they are addressed they are not fixed correctly or my tickey is closed and the work has nit been done. I really don't feel like management cares either way if you ate happy or unhappy with your unit. I'm praying that things turn around here but I honestly don't think they will. When I see possible new tenants in the rental office signing leases I just shake my head and pray they are one of the luck ones to have a better experience. I'm depressed daily due to my situations with this apartment. I'm saving and fixing financial burdens so I hopefully find something nicer with none of the issues I'm dealing with.

Did not have a good experience moving in, did not get thr apartment that we originally signed a lease for. Day before we were to move in, was told thr unit was not ready. Just very frustrating.

They need to do better with following up with fixing the light in the hallway. It has been out since June 26th. I put in a maintenance request and they said it is complete. I called this week and I was told it is on BGE end to take care of it. This is a safety hazard.

I truly don't understand how this place has any good reviews. This was the worst place I have ever lived. It was so bad I had to break my lease!! ROACHESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! and intense cigarette and weed smell no matter what you do. Disgusting. I still get scared when opening kitchen cabinets from being traumatized by the roaches falling on me when I lived there. I feel like I have PTSD.

I like my apartment, but the secondhand smoke from all the marijuana is really hurting me. It seeps into my unit. The management doesn't care.

I have been well received from the 1st person I met just as a visit to receiving assistance with adding new vehicle to my file. The office staff and grounds crew are professional and courteous every time I see them. My neighbors have made me feel safe and secure in my choosing this community for residency.

I like how the community has dog park, fitness and pool. Also offers the convenience of the Amazon lockers for your packages. Quite and convenient community close to shops.

Maintenance is great had time there for a while but they seem to have gotten it straightened out. The office staff leave alot to be desired. They are nasty. Some of them just straight up lie right to your face. When I first moved here they had great office help too. I'm now trying to move. My building use to be great too now the police are called often.

Overall a good experience. Have issues with some of the children who live in the building next to us. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet/clean and peaceful.

Not bad place to live in this area. Quiet neighborhood clean and Walmart is within walking distance. Royal Farm is within walking distance also Parks and etc.

I just moved in and I must say the neighborhood is very quiet. The school nearby is great for my future family. The staff has been very responsive with questions and concerns. The amenities are wonderful, love the pool and playground.

So far this is a nice quiet area stores are very close by and the drive to work isn’t that bad overall so far I give this area and company 5stars
