Sedona Springs

Sedona Springs is anything but a good place to live. Excess charges that are not accurate yet when they agree with the issue they don’t fix it or refund you. Water was out for days, no heat for weeks, seldom do you have warm water when it does work. Infestations of roaches are never remedied. They explain they can’t keep a maintenance or pest control (they don’t pay bills). It is constantly a struggle to get them to pay simple things like your utility bills as stated on the contract. Cable service interrupted because of lack of payment. Watch your deposit vanish when you plan to move. (Transfer to new apartment) They keep all of it by charging you extra days and then say it was an accounting error. It has been 5 months, only partial refund. -Current Tenant

Do not rent here. My lease is at the end, and it couldn't be sooner. I have had 18 work orders, and I haven't been here a year. They range from no A/C, no hot water, and a quarter inch gap at the bottom of my door. Currently in the middle of January I have no hot water and there is no update to when it will be addressed. The thermostat does not work I have to turn the entire unit off or on depending on what I want. A working thermostat is for "upgraded" units. The bug problem is absolutely ridiculous and had I known that this was an issue I never would have signed a lease here at all. I tried to give this property the benefit of the doubt and it was a mistake. Do your homework and avoid this place

I have lived here since 2019. From day 1 I’ve had problems with the chiller unit, leaky floors, roaches and more. I signed my lease in March and have been waitin since then for maintenance to fix my garbage disposal and broken light fixture. My kitchen sink is now completely stopped up and has been so for almost 2 months and I keep getting the runaround. I have contacted the main headquarters and nothing. I have contacted the main office and nothing. I give up

I’m moving now, they tried to raise my rent by $200 and didn’t tell me, just sent my lease over VERY LATE and it had the increase in it. Not to mention they didn’t respond to half of my emails asking if the rent was going up. Horrible people. My walkway to my second floor apartment had a board that you could almost fall through, I had to ask twice for maintenance and their fix was to buy an inch thick piece of plywood on top of it so now it’s a tripping hazard instead. High turnover in office I never know who the people are in there. Always different. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

I called to get information for the apartments and I had a great experience with the person who answered the phone. She was very nice and explained things in detail. Her name was Rosalynn. Thank u for the great customer service

So let’s start with how kind and knowledgeable Catalina is. She will easily and thoroughly explain anything you wanna ask with no attitude like I would say she enjoys doing her job well with a smile. She will give you great customer service with some humor too. On top of I’d give her an 11/10

Management does nothing to notify residents of issues in the complex. We’ve been here 2 years and we constantly don’t have power, our water gets shut off with no notification and they consistently try to overcharge our rent saying it was just a technical issue.

I'm renting a studio that was refurbished before move in so it's pretty though still some cosmetic damage. Had some issues with roaches and my lights when I moved in but, maintenance took care of it pretty quickly. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. They also put on social events pretty frequently so that's nice. However, they could be quicker to resolve issues with the payment in the laundry room and fixing the pool filters. Overall, it's good place to live, pretty affordable and it's walking distance of the mall, hospitals, and restaurants.

Lots of new updates and the staff is amazing great place to live for apartment living I like the fact that all of your utilities and everything's included in your rent makes it nice for us seniors that are on a fixed income

I had a year lease and I left as soon as it was up. There were roaches and so many fees they don't advertise online. They just stopped responding to work orders, and they delete bad reviews of them claiming they are fake. 1) Why would someone be motivated to make a fake review? 2) They pay damsen rewards for 5 star reviews. Not just a review, 5 stars. That is just sad. Also, those rewards points are worthless. They incentivize you to do community events and pay on time, and then redeeming the rewards for apartment upgrades results in nothing, I tried redeeming multiple times. On my way out, another resident came up to me and praised me for leaving "this dump". Stay away.

Im new to Tucson and I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. only been living in the area for a week and I love it already. Great complex, beautiful apartment, absolutely amazing. The leasing agents are great they work with you and don’t make moving in a hassle at all. Maintenance does such a great job there’s rarely anything that need to be fixed. Couldn’t ask for a better community.

I love how they delete all the bad reviews! This place isn’t even worth a star if you ask me. If you’re looking for an apartment I advise you that this place is not it! Been living here for almost 2 years and I absolutely hate it. I’d rather be homeless than live here! Take your money elsewhere. Units look nothing like the pictures. Dogs and trash everywhere! My apartment always smells like weed because if my neighbors... SUPER EXPENSIVE!!! With what I’m paying here I’d rather just go buy a nice 3 bedroom house.

Vanessa, April and Brianna are nothing but amazing. For living here for the past 2 years they have been nothing but amazing!! They always go above and beyond for all their residents and I fully appreciate them!!

Staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful especially Vanessa who made the process really easy for my first time renting. Maintenance does a good job keeping the area clean. Good location, near the mall, Across the street from hospital and many restaurants nearby.

I have recently moved here and the staff has been more than helpful and welcoming, especially Vanessa! She has been very helpful in making sure everything is up to my standards. The apartments are in a great location and are well kept. I highly recommend this as your future home!

As a happy resident I never ran into problems with my apartment, app rent has an maintenance request option so if an accident/problem they'll be sure to get in mornings, very modern and nice all around. :)

Love my new apartment as a first time mover I had experience many things while living here! Renewed my lease transferred units, life is good!

I feel like maintenance never gets a lot of credit for a property when they are the backbone to it all. I don't really do reviews but had to take the time out to give credit where credit is do. I had a couple of issues with my spot and they took care of it right away. I've been living here for a little while now and I'm always taken care of. The office staff is very friendly and hardworking too so this is a great spot to call home.

If you are looking for cost effective and close to many attractions, Sedona is the place to be. Two pools on sight, two laundry facilities on site, across the street from the Hospital, Park Place mall is down the street, lots of restaurants and attractions within walking distant and close by. And although all those are great things what caught my attention was the friendly service I received from the staff mainly, Vanessa. She ensured my accommodations were met to satisfaction! If it had not been for her consistent & relentless desire to ensure I was taken care of, I would have rented elsewhere. The apartments are good & the prices are extremely reasonable. My only flaw with this complex is the parking lot is in major need of new pavement but thats not too big of a deal, just drive catious and watch out for the potholes.

I want to express my appreciation to Dottie and the office and maintenance crews for the wonderful jobs they do. There have been a lot of of owners and management teams since I've been here, some quite good (very few). I don't hesitate to say that Dottie and her maintenance and office crews are the best since I've been here. In addition to providing consistently exceptional service , the staffs are friendly and a joy to interact with. They go the extra mile and make for a feeling of home here. (: Deborah in 612

There are a lot of speed bumps and you do have to pay to do your laundry BUT the facilities (the pools especially) are very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Utilities are included in rent which is very convenient if you're scatterbrained like me. The actual complex is at the end of a fairly long drive and the only things you can see are the neighboring apartments and then the mountains. Because of this, it has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere despite being in the middle of the city.

Are you looking for a quiet place, but still in the city? Then this is the place for you. It has a long drive that places it a ways back off the main road. If you have a family, there are plenty of great families here. Do you have pets? Plenty of them too with lots of grass areas for your pets. However, if you are single and don't want to be bothered with any of that, then you will enjoy it here too. Noise does not carry through my walls or windows. If you enjoy the water, there are two decent pools here. Like to work out? The fitness room has some machines and equipment in it. However, I prefer to run through the local neighborhood in the mornings. There is a business center with several desktop computers that allow you to do your internet surfing if you don't have a computer of your own. Like doing laundry? Then you are in luck, there is an on site laundry. It uses a card that you buy and preload with money instead of coins. Friendly office staff that are great at answering questions and a responsive and knowledgeable maintenance team are an additional plus to this apartment complex. And if you dont like talking to people, they have an app for your cell phone that allows you to pay your rent, utilities, and schedule maintenance on your apartment. This has been one of the best apartments I have ever lived in.
