Property Ratings at Sedona Ridge Apartments
The gate has been broken for almost 2 years. The homeless have now started hanging out in the hallways to charge their phones. I had to go out the wrong door and around the entire parking lot to get to my car because a homeless person was passed out on the stairs. If they fixed the gate, we would not have this issue.
The staff is excellent. I have had very few minor issues with the apartment(clogged drains, A/C unit, standard stuff of that nature nothing major). Whenever I do Kimberly at the front office is awesome and quickly sends out someone out. DJ is the maintenance guy and incredibly helpful and professional. Anytime I call they send him out that day and he takes care of any issues I may have. For the price the interior was much nicer than anything comparatively close. The only issue I would say is they don’t have many washers and driers but other that that I have zero complaints. I would recommend this place to my friends and I have.
