Sedona Canyon is a lovely place to live me personally I love the community been here for eight years nice quiet it's a place I love to call home the team here is very good I really love my community

My stay here has been most enjoyable Mrs Jessica and Mrs Mary worked wonders and always has an answer and solution to any issues. You guys are awesome!!! The first time Ive experienced a team that puts the residence needs first. Maintenance is wonderful

Great place to live and it's surrounded by everything you would need and I feel safe living here!

Would not recommend this place to anyone!! Maintenance is horrible and Mary at the office is rude !! The pictures on their website is nothing to what you get! Also there is roaches

I enjoy living at Sedona Canyon. Ive been a resident since April 2019 & re-sighed a 15 month lease. I have an amazing view. Quite at night.

Its a great living place and close to everything you ever need. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I love my COMMUNITY it is the best place I'ved lived in. yes I can and will recommend friends and family members.

Lots to do ,everything is near Library, Apartments are between two corner stores that have gas, drinks, money orders limited food and cans, just about anything, a big outside space for baseball or children's parties ,I was happy with everything for my Furbaby,lots of trees for her to see birds, and go crazy over squirrels who is every furbaby dream of catching, LOL

Its not fun when something breaks in your apartment, but it is a comfort to know Sedona Canyon has a dedicated team of maintenance men to help. They are always very kind when I speak to them and work quickly to fix what I need.

I recently moved in back in December affer being a long time resident at my old apartment complex! I had been looking to move closer to my job when I came across Sedona Canyon on apartments.com. I was able to book an appointment to tour an apartment and all the proper protocols regarding covid 19 have been followed! They have answered any questions I had especially when it came to being able to move into my apartment early! It was all very painless and the communication between the residents and staff so far have been pretty good! Im hoping they open the pool soon so i can go swimming in the summer time!

The environment at Sedona Canyon is peaceful and quaint. Really feels like home. The neighbors are kind and respectful. The whole complex feels quietly secluded and unbothered by surrounding establishments. This place is perfect for someone starting off on their own or for a whole family to live and relax and have fun in. The staff is always kind and helpful no matter what your needs are. This place is perfect.

I really enjoy living at Sedona Canyon. The commute to my job is a plus! I like that grocery store, Wal-Mart, fast food, and other places to shop are within access without having to drive far. The staff is very helpful and polite, including those in maintenance. I'm glad I found this place to reside at.

I have only had positive experiences during my 2.5 years here. No drama, and everything management does is communicated in the portal.

Staff keeps changing, therefore nothing gets dinne in a timely fashion. I was assured that the issue of rodents had been addressed prior to signing my lease only to find rodents are throughout the building and mgmt has continually delayed addressing the issue.

Living at Sedona Canyon has been a treat. We enjoy the staff and everyone is so kind.

Management is always great in taking care of any issues in a timely matter..leasing agent Jessica is very excellent at doing her best to also take care of any concerns..n maintence is always courteous n great at what they do! Do not move here unless you like roaches, trash everywhere, poor craftsmanship/quality, and poor managment.

I appreciated the convenience of Sedona Canyon to various stores, gas stations, and restaurants. However, I just needed to find a location more convenient to may job, and suitable to other personal preferences.

Sedona is amazing Ive been wanting to live here for years and the housing people are very friendly and nice and very helpful

Very poor quality of management and how they deal with new tenants. Was not given the apartment that I originally viewed instead it was an older one that was rushed into being remodeled a weeks before I arrived without everything being completed. No communication at all.

Great community and cozy, convenient location

So far, my experience with the new management at Sedona Canyon has been very pleasant. The people at the main office here are very, very helpful and kind. I also enjoy the new services and e-mails that I receive about what is going on here in the community.

I love the community. Office staff is truly amazing. Maintenance is a little slow and often behind. Otherwise, this community is great. I love how close it is to every store you can think of.

This place is absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time thinking of renting here.

Price is fair! Staff is great! Location is great!

Great place to call home!

Do not move here! Horrible management!

My husband and I lived at Sedona Canyon for a year, it was a horrible living experience and we could not get out fast enough. First of all the staff who we met the very first time before moving in was very nice and attentive. They treated us very well, but then that management team left and was replaced with a new team. This happened a total of four times while we lived here. Each set of staff that came in acted so rude and disrespectful to us, they only cared about receiving their money for rent. Whenever we had a issue such as with the AC, the foundation of the floor, the office did nothing about it and would never respond to our phone calls. Our living room floor was starting to shift and the floor itself was coming apart, we had to tape up the cracks because no one from the office would check it out. The apartment complex also had a horrible problem with cockroaches and not one time did we ever see the maintenance team or staff send out a pest control team. Another issue we experienced was people stealing packages from our front door so I highly highly suggest to look elsewhere.

The head maintanence guy(name has slipped my mind) is super knowledgeable and efficient on fixing things in the apartments. He fixed my AC and got it to work even better then it did before.

Horrible management. When management is incompetent and you don't trust them then you're basically screwed for the remainder of the lease. That's what you'll go through if you move here.

This community is under new ownership. There may be great thing in the horizon for these building but for now I am have to endure much stress caused by an unorganized management team.

The new management (GreyStar) is phenomenal and very friendly!

Totally dissatisfied with Apartment Managemen of Greystar, will NOT renew lease

Great job guys never disappoint

Terrible roach infestation. Slow maintenance respond. Rude staff that doesn't want to take tenant concerns seriously but will put you out of office a file trespassing charges on you. Dog friendly community and theirs dog poop everywhere despite several poop bins and dog park.
