Property Ratings at Sedgefield
I see no reason why anyone should live here. They don’t plan any activities, don’t even have an after hours check slot, and management doesn’t even do their jobs. I sent emails with no response, had safety concerns completely ignored, and overall was annoyed with the team on every encounter. I even had video of maintenance leaving my apartment open during a routine drop-in while I was at work (during the heat of summer). The complex never goes around to check on the units. I frequently saw piles of dog poop, saw grills (yes more than one) on several patios, encountered pest issues on the property, and even lived saw a few apartments who had SO much crap/trash/decorations that their doors were completely blocked and hidden from view. Yet I knew neighbors who got called for their curtains and their recycling... complex is rude at best and a waste of time for such old units in desperate need of updating.

The neighbors here are great for the most part, and the maintenance guys are awesome. But the leasing manager is so incompetent and awful, it's ridiculous. She never wants to listen to anything anyone has to say, and will accuse you of the dumbest things. I have lived here for almost a year, and my roof has had the same leak from since when I moved in. No tenants that I've met have anything positive to say about her. The dumpster is ALWAYS overflowing, and there are trashy people that hangout at the pool and blast their god awful "music." Packages go "missing" all the time, and there have been a couple cases of vandalism in the gym/laundry facility. Maybe if the changed management, this place wouldn't be so bad, but until that change is made, I would not recommend moving here.

My son and I have lived at Sedgefield Apartment Homes for the past six months. We are very pleased to have made the choice to move to Sedgefield. The community is quiet, family-friendly, and beautifully landscaped. The common grounds and amenities are first class. All of our interactions with the office staff have been both pleasant and professional. Overall Sedgefield apartment homes gets a five star rating!
