Terrible experience with the manager. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and she will not return my phone call or email. There are many issues. I don't recommend this property. Choose to live where you're valued. The reason I moved here was for the boat dock which has been in disrepair for almost a year with no communication on being repaired. The building does not have working security parking gates or doors. Not enough parking spaces and most the parking spaces don't accommodate a normal size car. There are plenty of places with better views and better conditions with a responsive property manager, choose one of those places.

If you enjoy the smell of hot garbage, then you will love this place. The hallways always smell. Security is a joke, the gate is left open all the time and even when it works people can easily tailgate so once you are in the garage you have full access to every apartment because all the access doors are broke and don't lock. They have a high turnover of staff so complaints go nowhere. I had $112 fee that they never sent a bill or reminder to make me aware. They just sent it straight to collections and trashed my credit. Trust me there are much better places, don't be fooled by the water views, that is the only good thing.

My rent has gone up over 30% since I moved in, so I am being driven out of my home this year by yet another increase.

Seazen is a newer complex with great potential that is managed poorly. Seazen is basically catered and run like a building for college students. Disruptive residents in the middle of the night. Yelling, screaming, drinking, smoking, littering, etc... Amenities are great, except it's run down unusable by residents leaving thrash, throwing chairs into the pool, playing loud music, dirtying grills, leaving pet poop, smoking, etc... Residents have a parking garage. But non-resident often gain entry by tailgating and taking up parking spots, leaving residents having to search for parking. Management knows all of the above. Reviews from other residents on other platforms state similarly without resolution. For those looking for a place to relax and enjoy luxury living...this is not it.

We were one of the first move-ins at Seazen now for approx. 8 months and can give you the facts of being a tenant here. First of all, if you love constant road noise 24/7 then you can tolerant it here. You are on a major highway 60 with constant traffic. I will attest to weekends which are unbearable from Fri 10pm to Sun morning with racing motorcycles on the road. This is not a concrete building as only the first two floors are so looks are deceiving. Then you have the sound of the foot traffic above you from tenants and people slamming doors. Tenants that don't like to pickup after their pets. Barking dogs in hallways which echoes throughout because there is no sound absorbing material. Also, its almost six miles away either direction you go to the nearest grocery store. The only positive thing I can say is maintenance is great and the upgrades appliances.
