Highly Recommend – A Wonderful Place to Live Living here has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of natural light, great storage, and high-quality finishes. It’s both cozy and functional—truly a place that feels like home. The property is beautifully maintained, with quiet surroundings and friendly neighbors. I always felt safe and comfortable. The amenities are a huge plus—whether it’s the pool, gym, clubhouse, or parking options, everything is kept in great shape and adds real value. Management and maintenance have been incredible. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any issues I had were addressed quickly and efficiently. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, but tucked away enough to stay peaceful. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming place to live. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here!

Home away from home Great place to live as we are from Hawaii, the people here are very friendly and the staff is second to none. From the front office to the maintenance guys. They are great to deal with on a daily basis. Kim and Kaimi Kekahuna

Downsizing was supposed to be painful!! But it turns out that I love my apartment, staff, grounds, amenities, and community vibe. I’ve lived in the expensive mid rise apartments and still prefer Seasons of Layton. Don’t pay that much in rent!!! Trust me.

If you’re looking for luxury living at an affordable price, centrally located in Davis County, YOU NEED TO CALL THE SEASONS OF LAYTON! I love it here and couldn’t imagine renting anywhere else! Keep up the great work!

I love living in this apartment very well insulated so it’s very quiet you don’t hear your neighbors the pool area is really nice the barbecues a really nice they have a theater room that is awesome plenty of parking this is a fantastic apartment

Me and my boyfriend looked at many apartments before we decided on the seasons of Layton. At least 20 apartments and duplex's. And by far this is the nicest and best choice for the price.

They’re a little pricier, but not by much if you compare it to what you’re getting. I’ve lived here for about three months now and I’m really enjoying it! Mr. West does a great job of accommodating you and maintenance is on point all the time! The area is great to be close to base and close to resturants while also not being to far from I—15. I also like that they use gas for their appliances vs electric. They’re also very dog friendly.

Seasons of Layton is an amazing place to live! The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. They have great amenities and it is a very friendly environment to live in. I recommend everyone to join the community.

I had a lot on my plate to get going on, as I have just moved out here in Layton and having everything done smoothly and getting into the apartments was super nices and helpful. They help with all my questions.

we are so happy and contented for staying at seasons of layton. we are more than a year here now. we love the management, braxton and his staff is so nice! they are so friendly. quet the sorroundings, nice parking lot. nice hall so you can celebrate any occassion. highly recommended. :)

The apartments are very quiet and love the vaulted ceilings on the top floor. Facing the mountains is great and being able to view the fighter jets from Hill is a free benefit. The management has been very professional and friendly and we are very happy to be here. Love seeing all the dogs walking around and I have yet to meet one that doesn't like being petted. Neighbors are friendly and the parking options are flexible and the lawn and fountains are still covered in snow but I have not see any issues. Not a big fan of the pool or hot tub but I love the small footprint of the complex but love its central location right on Hill Field and Antelope. We can get to Weber Canyon, highway 89 and I-15 in minutes and that is great access. With so many options to get around, traffic congestion is not an issues. The interior of the apartment is very clean with new carpet, granite counter tops, tons of storage in the kitchen and plenty of storage and space on the patio. Coming from a nice but much older complex in Ogden, we are very happy to be here and I hope they offer these up as condos some time so we can buy in.

The management and bonuses are amazing. I just wish we were here long enough to enjoy the pool. The complex has a great pet friendly feel and even a dog run, and the apartments themselves are amazing. My family opted for a furnished one since we're in between moves and its been fantastic. Also there's a theater, lounge, playroom and business center!

Staff really worked with us to help us get into the apartment we needed. The apartments are clean and spacious on the inside and the outside is really well maintained.

We moved to Seasons of Layton while our home is being built. Its been so nice! We love the staff so helpful, personal, and they keep the place looking so nice. We love how nice the pool and play area is for the kids!

Wonderful place for a family with kids but for somebody without family as well. Excellent apartments, very well maintained, with a very nice area for barbeque and a nice swimming pool. In the middle of everything, very close to different shopping areas, and immediate access to the high way you are connected to every point of interest you may desire. The manager and the personnel were very friendly and helpful in finding options and identifying solutions for the problem I faced when I rent the apartment. Many thanks to the team for their work. Absolutely loved living here! Close too many great food spots and shopping. Will miss it, along with the great front office staff.

Kids run wild through all the apartment door areas as late as 11pm at night. The pool is always full of kids. The sprinklers are always on when daytime hours limit times, and we share the expense on a water bill. My dog was attacked by a boxer in the dog park twice, a so called service animal dangerous in the dog waste filled dog area, no one picks up after their dog. Staff with a commercial blower blew dirt and garbage onto my brand new 2015 car and when i told the manager she barely acknowledge me being there, cost me $15 to rewash the day after i washed it. They get you with the granite counter tops but this place is like California white trash residents, moving the day i can.

Our family has lived at Season's of Layton for two years and this complex is truly home for us! It took us awhile, in this area, to find a place where we felt safe and at home and this place does it for us! Great Manager, Natalie, and her friendly staff! There are lots of things to do right here at the complex with the pool, year round hot tub, movie theater and more! If you are looking to move to Layton Utah, Seasons of Layton is the place!
