Property Ratings at Seaside Grove Apartments
From the grounds to the apartments, is beautiful. A true hidden GEM. The office staff, from Jake to Cheryl to Jennifer, they make you fell welcome and that you are part of the family. The maintenance staff as well. Alex Frank and Paul all go above and beyond to make sure you have no worries. The upgrades to the apartments are outstanding too. The newly renovated office and fitness center have really improved the welcoming feeling you will soon have. Can’t wait to see what’s next for this amazing property and staff I now consider friends.
Seaside Grove is a hidden GEM!! I didn't know the property existed until I visited a friend in neighboring Berkshire. When I went into Seaside Grove I was blown away by the beauty of the grounds. Beautiful green spaces on property, the amenities continue to be improved and the interior renovations have left the inside of the apartments feeling brand new. Love it here!

do not rent front this place! our health has majorly declined since living here. we are having health issues, coughing up mucus 24/7, constant respiratory problems. it is full of mold, dirty water, and is unsafe. these are definitely not "luxury" apartments. if you put in a maintenance request for mold growing, they will only wipe down the area, and then management will say you never brought the issue to their attention

Great so far. A few issues here and there, but I’m glad everything I’ve ever brought up gets addressed quickly. Me and Nubz love the space so far
We feel that the premises here are in excellent shape and have been very well taken care of and we are pleased to be living here thank you
have been here almost 6 years and plan on staying longer. The people who are now renting aren't as conscientious as to picking up after their dogs,and putting garbage into dumpster.
I just asked for bulbs and a filter to be dropped off. It was left outside my door as requested.
Very affordable rates and a very peaceful environment. My family feels safe here.
maintenance service has always been good here. however, I disagree that this is a luxury property. over the last 6 years the quality of the landscaping, trash service, pest control, amenities,(pool, office lounge availability, gym) and front office courtesy and concern has deteriorated
The office personnel is very respectful I have never had a problem in this community when something needs to be fixed they do it the same day all and all this is a beautiful place to live
I plan on moving at the end of my lease. A man was shot and killed right in front of my balcony on 11/27/21. The people they are letting move in here are of questionable character. People in my building smoke marijuana constantly and it goes through the vents into my apartment. This apartment complex is going down hill fast. It was nice and quiet three years ago when I moved in. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
great community, but need to install cameras at various sites like dog park, trash compactor, and around pond.

Complex is in a great location and nicely priced but crime is starting to get bad.
the complex is clean, the swimming pool is great. The duck pond is great to walk around and view from the porch. I have recommended to others but the complex was full at the time.
It seems this used to be a nice place, but the lack of attention from management has allowed it to become dirty from not monitoring lazy dog parents and lazy parents that let their kids run wild and litter around and in the building hallways.
I have been here for one month and don't think I'll stay past the six months of my lease. The walls and floors are thin and the guy below continues to play loud music/tv even though the office was to send him a letter to turn it down. It's so bad that half the time I wear ear plugs for peace (my ears are starting to hurt). For the amount of rent I pay (which is too high and doesn't match the salaries here) I would think I'd have decent cabinets and appliances. The cabinets are messed up with stains and braces underneath the shelf. The appliances are formerly white. They did replace the carpet but that's it. Jaycee in the office has been really nice.
Sign entering the complex says luxury, however cheap plastic toilet seats, faucets that are corroded, old refrigerator that defrosts and leaks all over the place, cheap paint that wipes away when you wipe dirt off the wall, etc...is by far luxury. BUT it is very quite, very safe, beautiful pond, nice pool, clean laundry facility and very, very strict. The office staff are tough, but honestly without them this complex would not be what it is. The location is the best in Myrtle Beach.
I have a very nice apartment but it is getting to be too much to afford. The price goes up every year and pretty soon it will exceed them money I receive monthly. To get free rent for life would be great.
