Been living in seapath for almost a year. Counting the days till my lease expires. Horrible place, fights, screaming, and no sense of security at all. Don't buy the 5-star reviews, do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Not a safe place to live, especially with children.

I just love Sea Path. It's beautiful in the apartments and the scenery is even better. The office staff are just very kind and helpful. It's a pleasure to live here. The only thing, more parking for handicap. The maintenance crew is great. Very nice, and they explain everything. Thanks so much. A happy resident.
Truly love the amount of space there is for a single bedroom one bathroom type of apartment! It’s more space than you think you would have for this apartment and the built in desk is a plus!!
If anyone would like to get to know north myrtle beach 67 seapath apartment Is a good place to live. Because seapath is located close to a lot of restaurants , the beach, supermarket and more.

Maintenance has been keeping the hallways and elevators very clean and smelling good. The new landscaping makes the parking lot look really good. The pool has been resurfaced and I can't wait to see it this summer.

Our experience at SeaPath on 67th has been very pleasant. The only issue we have is some of our fellow residents above us. We know this is not entirely controllable. We have liked calling this place home this year.
So great!! Love it here :)) we love to use the pickleball courts and feel comfortable walking our dog around! It’s amazing how close we are to the beach!

SeaPath is excellent - close to the beach, has a great pond, and wonderful amenities! The office staff are courteous and helpful. No complaints at all.
I love it here. I have been her since May and it's quiet a good distance from the beach. I had a big problem where my lights went off due to a faulty breaker and management kept me comfortable and informed. This company truly cares about the grounds upkeep and residents.
I have lived in community since 2020. Overall I've been having a good experience. Maintenance request are always completed immediately which I greatly appreciate.

My experience with seapath is exceptionally its awesome love it here lovely accommodation plesant neighbors the place is clean well kept i would recommend anyone seeking a decent community to live try seapath
I love it here. My first night was great. I know I moved in yesterday 9/30, and I have a lot of unpacking to do, it is so great. I'm glad we found Seapath.

This place is great and just keeps getting better. We have lived here for 5 years now and just moved into a bigger unit. The move was easy and the paperwork was smooth. The property manager answered our questions in a timely manner and with a complete explanation or answer. The property is kept clean and maintained always. Also the resident announcements are more helpful than over the top. I love my apartment and the property!
Seapath is in the perfect area with beautiful and peaceful grounds! The people that work here to make our living better are amazing. I can definitely say that I am living safe and sound
The best part is that it is walking distance to the beach. Pretty much everything you could ever need is within 15 minutes of here. Very nice.

We absolutely LOVE living at SeaPath on 67th! It is amazing how quiet it is and the location can’t be beat. Also love the roomy floor plans and high ceilings. It definitely feels like home. Good communication from the management team and a nice variety of resident events.
Great so far, love that It is so pet friendly and accommodating all dogs. The location is fantastic, being so close to the beach. The apartment was very clean when moving in.

Living at Seapath is so much fun, having a lot to see and do so close. Everybody is friendly, yet respects your space. CrossPoint church where I attend is approximately 7 blocks and so many other great places are a nice walk or ride away. Seapath is well maintained by a wonderful staff of people who I appreciate and feel comfortable socializing with occasionally. Keep up your awesome work! ??

Very quiet and do not see very many people around. The complex is very peaceful, nice amenity center and pool area. I work a lot so it’s nice to have access to the 24 hour gym
10 minute walk to the beach, friendly staff, nice community. I love it all so far! The apartment felt brand new when I took it over and I have had no issues thus far a few weeks in!
Every thing is great! I really like the new stickers for parking it helps with residents get there parking spots. I just wish they came and checked a little more often I see a lot of cars without stickers

quiet, nice, and beautiful place to live. there's even valet trash which helps a lot so i'm not running up and down stairs for trash. the gym is gorgeous and there's even a yoga studio
Not near as good as when we moved in 3 years ago.. has gone way down... Elevators always smell bad and looks like they are 50 years old... not clean anywhere anymore.
