Well deserved positive review of Seacrest

Very happy clients here. We lived in Seacrest for a little over a year and I could not say enough good things about Seacrest. My hisband and I inigtially fell in love with how extensive their 2 fitness gyms with 1 gym located in each building. The fitness gym truly helped us improve our health. There's enough space that gives each resident privacy and convenience to finish their workout routine smoothly. Lumi, their manager is also very proactive and sends constant communication on any update or important announcement that residents should know. She also connects residents to each other by sending job openings, services being offered by neighbors, and any activities that could unite the community. Although we are not much involved due to our busy schedules, we are observant of and appreciate that we live in such community. I also didn't want to forget to mention how pretty and visually engaging their coworking spaces are. It always inspires me to do focused work when I I'm there. My husband also played with his friends in the basketball court which was close to our unit which was awesome. I think the only thing that I would have loved to see in Seacrest would be an indoor or an outdoor playground for residents will little kids. It would even have been extra wonderful. We also thank Brittany for assisting us on our very last day of occupancy and making the process smooth - it came full circle since Brittany also welcomed us into Seacrest last year. We also met John, who is such a friendly and accommodating neighbor, whom we will be keeping in touch with even after leaving Seacrest. This community is highly recommended, thank you so much for being our temporary home, Seacrest!

I have been acquainted with this area for over 20 years and it is a great area and neighborhood. I am totally impressed by these apartments and they are extremely well priced for all the amenities included. A washer and dryer in each unit alone is an anomaly in the South Bay and Beach cities. I am looking forward to becoming a tenant here and I know this place will serve me and my loved ones very well.

Over Priced

For the area this is way overpriced,neighborhood behind these apartment complex is really awful. These prices are really close to Redondo beach rent, id rather be close to the beach then between mulligans and a very bad neighborhood. Just because they are brand new does not mean you can have rent at this high of a price.
