Some of then are nice I just wish people picked up their dogs poop. some people are not that friendly. They have no consideration for other people that walk their dogs.

Very nice community and layout for rentals. The property management team is very friendly and easy to reach. The amenities are very nice, but the fitness center is very undersized for the size of the community. Prices are also pretty steep for what you get.

Great community, clubhouse is upscale and always stocked with snacks! Close to everything inclusive Broadway at the Beach and outlet mall. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Living at Sea Trace has been an amazing experience! The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and filled with friendly neighbors. The location is perfect—close to everything yet still tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat. We absolutely LOVE living in Sea Trace Cottages!! Harlie and Skylar do a Stellar job organizing everything for the move in and continue to make sure we are doing well! Beautiful clubhouse with an AMAZING gym and the BEST coffee machine ever, you can literally get any flavored coffee you like! The community garden, pool and cookout areas are beautiful! We're excited for summer and look forward to all the fun events coming up!
