Huntington Beach stretches along 9.5 miles of Southern California coastline, earning its official "Surf City USA" trademark with consistently excellent waves and pristine beaches. The downtown area centers around the historic pier, where Pacific City shopping center and the International Surfing Museum draw both residents and beach enthusiasts. The rental market reflects the area's desirability, with one-bedroom apartments averaging $2,451 and two-bedroom units at $2,893.
The city offers abundant outdoor spaces, including the 350-acre Huntington Central Park with its network of trails, equestrian center, and Shipley Nature Center. Nature enthusiasts frequent the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, a 1,200-acre wetland preserve known for its diverse wildlife and walking paths. Neighborhoods like Seacliff, Downtown, and Huntington Harbour each offer distinct rental opportunities, from oceanfront apartments to residential complexes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sea Environment Apartments
so the unit itself was pretty nice, bedroom sizes were good, closet space was larger than expected, two parking spaces was prime, what could go wrong... well the neighbors. my roommate and i lived there for a little over 2 years but there were some issues, the next door neighbors would fight and argue all of the time, cops were sent to their unit multiple times (calls were made by the people who resided there which in itself is scary.) also our downstairs neighbor was a old grumpy man, he made noise complaints while both my roommate and i were out of town, had called the cops on us because "we were partying" however we were asleep; we felt like we were getting harassed however when we reached out to Barbra (the complex manager) she never seemed to care. also drugged out homeless people would go through the dumpster as well hang out next to the unit waking us at night almost every night of the week. it just began to feel unsafe for two 30 something girls to be residing in.
I have been a resident for a very long time and quite happy living here. When I was shopping for a new place, I couldn't believe how large the apartments are here compared to others in this area and this close to the beach. There is also a free flowing pond which is a nice touch. The property is kept very clean. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Neighbors are friendly and are happy living here too.
The number of sub-standard living conditions here are too numerous to list. Beware of this property as NO money is spent on up keep
I thought the neighborhood was pristine. The bedroom s seem small. Also could use some upgrades in kitchen and bathroom.
