Riverside is a charming residential community in the city of Dublin along the Scioto River. The neighborhood provides an ideal location for those interested in an active lifestyle, as it’s surrounded by densely wooded recreational areas — not to mention the recreational options on the river. Riverside has access to an excellent school system, and residents appreciate the neighborhood’s close-knit community. Riverside is fairly affordable, with apartments and single-family homes available for rent. Residents can easily get to Downtown Columbus, located less than 20 miles south of town.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Scioto Commons
This has been a great place to call home for the past 20 years of living here. The location is great with easy access to shops and restaurants on Sawmill Rd and it is within walking distance of the new Bridge Park. Always good communication from Terry and the front office, any maintenance issues were always handled same day.
I am not sure how anyone can leave a 5-star review for this complex, especially since 2018 since I have lived here. This is not a good apartment complex. They are literally feeding upon all the folks who "need" housing. It is sad. They offer lower rent than the others in this area but it's for a reason. The trash is always piled up here and everything is fixed as cheaply as possible, if at all. As a resident, you will get constant notices on your door about dogs, cars, trash, dog poop. Even if it doesn't pertain to you. As you live here you will notice you can hear every little thing your neighbor does. The walls are thin and the apartments are infested with all sorts of bugs. The front office will act like they are concerned but in the end, do nothing to help. I honestly can't wait to move when my lease is up in October. I would rather live on the streets again, than pay the amount of money they charge here and as a resident, you get nothing in return. Do not give this place your business.
After living here for 3 years I can say that our experience renting here has been great. Since MGI Management took ownership of the complex lots has been done to update including new windows and sliding doors a little over a year ago. Management has always responded promptly to any maintenance concerns, often resolving the issue in the same day or within 24-48 hours. If you’re looking for a rental in the Dublin area you won’t find a better deal for the space we have. Less than 5 minutes to Sawmill Road, Bridge Park, and 270, the location is ideal. A park in the neighborhood makes it truly ideal for pet owners. The only downside is that it is not a brand new complex and it does have some older finishes, but they are upgrading apartments periodically too to have more up to date finishes. I would recommend living here to anyone.
