Apartment is great, clean and comfortable! Apartment complex is very good with communication and informing tenants about community events and updates. Only downside is side is maintenance is slow.

This place needs some major renovations! Not to mention there are mice everywhere around the complex! Installing cameras on the buildings wouldn’t hurt either.

Good service, great location. Decent price. I love living here and the only way I'd leave is if I end up starting a family and need a house. Otherwise I will stay here in this complex forever!

Sewer charges are insane here! You pay a pest control fee yet there are always bugs crawling in the apartments. Rowdy neighbors and good luck finding a parking spot outside of your building.

This is actually my second time around m. It was called standifer place apartments when I first lived here. I love the location, it’s always quiet, my dad loves to come visit. It’s perfect. The first time I lived here, I stayed 3 years, this time I’m staying as long as I can.

The size of the apartments and the balcony is a huge upside. Bugs on 1st and 2nd floor are worse, there is a bit of a bird problem, people drive way to quick, stairs are crappy and so is the quality of the inside of building but it is worth it for a place to live with some discomforts

We have lived in the apartment complex for a few years now and have seen the area get worse inside and out of the complex. The amenities are not well taken care of and theft is an issue. Management never upholds their policies or responds to any attempts to reach out during office hours.

Convenient location and decent amenities for price. Large deck is a nice bonus. Would prefer easier ways to communicate with the staff but it isn’t hard to get someone on the phone or email.

The first year has been good, the maintenance/repairs could be handled better (too slow for repairs or no repairs done at all), overall nice size apartments.

My 2 bedroom apartment is a great size. The only reason I gave it a four star is because when I moved in my fridge leaked and my window leaked.

The community is usually quiet and respectful to its neighbors. Dog and cat friendly. A lot of parking space. Apartment and grounds maintenance could use improvements.

Very nice and updated apartments. Friendly neighbors. The only problem that I've noticed here, is they dont have a way for handicap people to go up to the upper level apartments, and they shut the water of to the building often for repairs. Other than that they are great apartments!
