This place needs some major renovations! Not to mention there are mice everywhere around the complex! Installing cameras on the buildings wouldn’t hurt either.

Good service, great location. Decent price. I love living here and the only way I'd leave is if I end up starting a family and need a house. Otherwise I will stay here in this complex forever!

Sewer charges are insane here! You pay a pest control fee yet there are always bugs crawling in the apartments. Rowdy neighbors and good luck finding a parking spot outside of your building.

The size of the apartments and the balcony is a huge upside. Bugs on 1st and 2nd floor are worse, there is a bit of a bird problem, people drive way to quick, stairs are crappy and so is the quality of the inside of building but it is worth it for a place to live with some discomforts

We have lived in the apartment complex for a few years now and have seen the area get worse inside and out of the complex. The amenities are not well taken care of and theft is an issue. Management never upholds their policies or responds to any attempts to reach out during office hours.

My 2 bedroom apartment is a great size. The only reason I gave it a four star is because when I moved in my fridge leaked and my window leaked.

Very nice and updated apartments. Friendly neighbors. The only problem that I've noticed here, is they dont have a way for handicap people to go up to the upper level apartments, and they shut the water of to the building often for repairs. Other than that they are great apartments!

We like living here for the most part. There are obvious areas of improvement like the dog park which is mediocre and severely run down, gym (is rarely cleaned and a machine has been broken for a year now), and lack of dog waste areas. There should be a dog waste station in front of and on either side of every building. There were a couple added in 2023 but I'm honestly not sure where.

Nice community living and super convenient. Reasonable rate especially for the size and patio is larger than comparable communities. Square footage excellent and high ceilings plus monthly residential gatherings.

Rent price is fair for the space, but property management company is subpar at communication, and there is a lot "quick fix" mentality with apartments that are 30-ish years old. Rather than properly diagnose or replace something, the first "solution" is always the quickest, least expensive, and generally least effective band-aid.

I have been here since December 2023. It’s beautiful apartments! I love the lay out and the staff, I would suggest anyone to live here. There is a few things I would fix around the apartment but other than that it’s perfect!!

The water is shut off about once a month for "maintenance " I was leaving for work and found my car was in the midst of being towed away for a flat " it was registered with the apartment it had 17 psi in the tire and hadn't aired it up since the cold snap" been here a little over a year and this will be my last year here. Location is great tho!

Our experience moving in has overall been great! At first the communication was a bit wonky, but we were applying and moving around Christmas and NYR time frame, everywhere is crazy. We moved, it went smooth, and the staff has been wonderful.

I really like being over here. I love this location. I just wish they would clean the walk and stairways in the building. I’ve been here 6 months and the trash is still there. Oh, -& tell maintenance to knock before entering, things could have went bad for him. Other than that, the staff is nice (just pick up the phone, I don’t like to walk)! lol! The rent price is decent w/ today’s numbers. -& my apartment is spacious!!
