It's just a very nice peaceful area with kind neighbors and a lovely vibe, its a great place to live and even has a pool and small gym to enjoy.

We highly appreciate how great living here is. The environment is always great here, nice neighbors, good maintenance and staff, etc... We recommend getting an apartment here!

I love living here. This community is quiet and safe. Maintenance is regular. I feel safe at night. Neighbors are kind to one another as well.

So far the only people who I have interacted with are my upstairs neighbors. They seem like wonderful people and I am very excited to meet more of the community!

I have been here for 2 weeks and I have no issues or concerns. This is a wonderful and peaceful place to live. I would recommend living here to family and friends.

So far, it's been a pleasant stay, except for the marijuana smell coming into the bedroom through the bathroom vent. Overall it is a good and quiet place to stay.

The apartment complex is always clean and very well maintained. The maintenance department handles calls quickly and efficiently. Overall, a good place to live.

A welcoming community that has a pool and small gym room, perfect id your trying to be active, theres a nice view on my balcony of a river that deer and foxes love to frolic nearby, birds come and land on the railing sometimes too its a very nice area to live in.

The constant marijuana smell coming into the master bedroom and the master bathroom is bothering me and my family, and regretting the decision to renew my lease. Every evening/night, there is a marijuana smell around the building and parking lots. It feels like the apartment complex is becoming a stoner's haven.

I really like it so far, the stash is amazing and it is quiet. I have not seen any pest except on the outside and it was directed to the office. The garbage area could be more tidy but overall it's a good place

The Experience was great the staff was so kind and understanding and helpful the move in went smooth they made me feel rite at home even was helpful with giving g ingr for the school and WiFi

The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet. I love walking my dog at sunrise. There is such a kind community here and I love the area so much.

The community overall is great. Lawn maintenance is always timely, and the pool area is consistently clean. Although the gym is small, it suffices for cardio workouts. The staff members are excellent.

I love the friendly communitt hear, we lost out cat for a bit and little did we know he was around the area getting taken care of by the other residents, we found him hanging out with some people happy as can be.

Great homey neighborhood. People are nice, kids are always playing outside, and the units are cozy. The maintenance staff are very fast to get to service requests and are kind.

Super friendly staff and clean complex. It seems like a very quiet neighborhood and in a great location. I love the playground and park areas.

Overall, the community is good. However, some dog owners consistently leave their dog waste on the front and back lawns, causing an unpleasant smell and appearance.

We moved in yesterday and were met by the sweetest team who answered all our questions and made us feel so comfortable. I’m glad we can now call Saybrooke our new home!

I like the location of the residence. Love the fact that my balcony faces the woods because I get to do bird watching, the Bluejays and the Cardinals, not to mention the family of Deers!

We arrived in the community after a long search for an apartment that would become our home. Cassandra welcomed us nicely. She showed us a sample apartment. The apartment was nice, we decided to close the contract and were really looking forward to the day of entry to see our apartment for the first time. On the morning of the move Cassandra informed us that the carpet had been replaced throughout the house. We entered a very pleasant apartment. clean We love our house very much. The staff is very nice. The maintenance people made sure to replace and fix what was needed...

Good living area, many neighborhood features like a tennis court, pool, and gym for all community members. Many nice views depending on where your apartment is located.

Great moving back to Gaithersburg. I was living on with my aunty for 6 years in gaithersburg. Because of job location , I have to move to PG County

It’s beautiful and quiet in the area everyone is friendly to each even the pets. The neighborhood is always clean and is always on point .

It has been 2 years since we moved in here, and we have to say everything's still great! There is good staff, peaceful environment, great neighbors, and great maintenance.

I decided on Saybrooke due to the numerous positive reviews I read. Location is great. Access to shops and schools is great. My experience, however, these past two weeks has left me wondering whether it was the right decision I took. I had to follow up with numerous calls before some amenities were changed. They promised to change amenities four days after move in. It took two weeks for it to be done. My neighbors are extremely noisy and inconsiderate. I have made several complaints to the office for them to reduce their noise. Its either they have not been contacted or they have just decided to make my plight worse. They make noise deep into the night, depriving others of a peaceful sleep. I am regretting the decision I took and wondering how I can cope till the end of my lease period.

Love it here.. the neighborhood is so quiet and nobody bothers you.. the rental office staff are very nice as well.. the pool and the weight room are wonderful

Its a nice community in a good area, grocery store is close along with other nice restaurants and businesses, even has a pool that opens in summer.

Quiet community, nice view of mid county highway. Low crime and police patrol area. This place offers kid friendly pool and park that welcomes all ages 4-10

i love the atmosphere of the apartment complex; quiet and peaceful. the neighbors are kind and great, the apartment has no problems and even if we get one the maintenance are helpful and get it fixed as soon as possible.

We have been living in this neighborhood for more than 2 years now and we have had not much problem here! Maintenance is great, the atmosphere is nice and neighbors are great! Would recommend.

I mean it’s okay. I do think the community went a little downhill from when I first got here but hopefully the pool won’t be bad this year. Last year it was good for the most part. Not much community engagement but that could be due to Covid. Besides the pool, the gym doesn’t have anything special like a special. You’ll be lucky if the outdoor chairs are still intact, last year there was a shortage. No events are ever hosted. It’s basically just basic.

This is a great neighborhood to the area is quiet and the neighbors are nice. Everyone gets along with no issues.Everyone in the rental office are wonderful
