I love living in this community, it is beautiful landscape, and the way they take care of the property is wonderful! It’s like you live in a resort!
My husband and I recently visited Saybrook Station to attend a resident event and get a feel for the community. We were very impressed! The event was a great way to see how friendly and welcoming the residents are. After the event, we inquired about seeing an apartment for ourselves. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Nina was incredibly kind and accommodating. She was knowledgeable and patient as she showed us a unit, answering all of our questions thoroughly. Her professionalism and willingness to help us on the spot truly made a great first impression.
Saybrook Station living has been the best experience for me . I moved her 8 years ago & was the best decision I made . The location is centrally located on the shoreline . The town of Old Saybrook has so much to offer th residents of the community .

There was an issue around where I am an Jen took control and is correcting the issue. It is so very nice to be where your concerns are not ignored but instead resolved.
Nina was a gem when moving in! The application process was all automated, which made it fast and efficient. The package room and call boxes worked the first time I tried them. Everything was smooth sailing!

The cutest apartments with the nicest people! Leasing staff responds very quickly and maintenance work is taken care of almost immediately (even on off days). My shower pipes froze on Christmas Eve and I put in a service request expecting to wait until the day after Christmas but they came the same day!

What a great place to live. The clubhouse is very inviting. There is a workout room., coffee bar and Starbucks machine. Lots of treats to choose from. The pool area is very comfortable and pool is very refreshing! They are very dog friendly and even have treats for your pets. Come take a look for yourself and join in on the fun!

Wonderful place to live. We have been here since it first opened. Extremely well maintained. We prefer to our own thing, but complex offers a lot of activities, get togethers, club house is a great place to gather, ( or simply relax pool side), grill station, fire pit, exercise room, on and on. This community is wonderful. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable. The girls in the office are very much of a help. I moved from one building to another building in November and they did nothing but help me to the max. Jennifer in the office is wonderful she keeps you up-to-date on things that are happening along with Angelina. The people that live here are very, very friendly.
