The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sawyer Trail Apartments & Townhomes
Applicants beware! You will likely waste your money here if you apply and I found out first hand. I literally make a 6 figure income as a state appointed public servant and only needed a place for 3 months while I went house shopping in the area. Despite having a 700 on a credit score and making six figures (Even offering to pay all rent up front), they wanted me to have a guarantor that made over five times what the rent states as a cosigner. (Someone with the income of approximately $145k a year). The reason for all this? Because I had a bankruptcy almost 5 years ago. So even though I am qualified to buy a house and was only needing a place short-term to go house shopping, apparently I didn't qualify here so I wasted $45 and my time applying to this place. This has got to be the most ridiculous and asinine requirements I have ever seen for just a simple apartment. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere as this company is not one that I would recommend doing business with. I've seen some ridiculous stuff before, but this one was top tier.
Property Manager at Sawyer Trail Apartments & Townhomes, Responded To This Review
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. Sadly, we do have a policy in place for those who do apply here and have a bankruptcy on their credit. We do require a co-signer and that was conveyed. I apologize we could not gain your approval to move forward. We regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. Thank you and have a great day.
Staff has bad attitude and very stuck up. Was not helpful or accommodating at all.

People don't clean up after their dogs here, and management allows it. There are piles of dog poop everywhere in the grassy areas even though management claims to have a strict pick-up policy. Dog parks are terrible. Small, poorly maintained, and full of poop. Stay away if you're a dog owner who likes to go for walks!
Absolutely awful. HIGHLY don't recommend. I put in a maintenance request on Sunday morning for my dishwasher that is broken and they still have not come out to fix it ( it's Friday now). I have called the office many times and they don't seem to care or want to help me. I then went into the office and had the worst experience of my life with Telli. She said she was the assistant manger but her customer service was horrendous. I expressed my concerns and frustrations and not once did she apologize for any of it or try to fix my issues. She only justified their actions even more. She couldn't even fake that she was going to help me. HONESTLY THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
This place is known for several thefts. They have cameras at certain locations but they are useless when it comes to identifying the individual. As well, don’t fall into the trap “safe neighborhood” because of the gates. Several residents had their vehicles broken into. I must of spent so much money in replacing my car window and my personal items. Management are also rude. They can care less about anyone but themselves. Save yourself some trouble and money. Go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and not deal with endless sleepless nights because of cheap walls. You can literally hear someone snoring at night. Worst apartment complex!!!!!!!!!
where can I begin?, this places is a complete joke, management is another JOKE, the place is so cheaply built that you will get noise complaints for even breathing, oh don’t don’t even say anything about quiet hours Because apparently quiet hours are 24/7 in this place according to this lady at the office, I have to use headphones in my own apartment because otherwise I get a 10 day notice for a noise complaint. If you move here because they have dog parks like I did, TRUST ME, not worth it, the dog parks are FILTHY, your dog will get diarrhea with blood and get sick for being at the dog park and if you decide to let your dog run in the back, they tell you they have somebody who will shoot at the dogs if they see a dog off the leash, and they’re okay with that. They even have that maintenance ppl follow you and harass you all the time to see if you’re doing something wrong, just to call you and harass you all the time and make you feel like you’re not even safe at home. Management at the office is super rude and they will charge you for the most stupidest thing they can, oh and let’s not forget that they only have ONE DUMP for all the buildings and townhomes and you gotta see that place, is ridiculous. Oh and of course you have all the trashy ppl that don’t pick up after their dog and management doesn’t do anything about it. In conclusion, don’t live here.
Yes, the apartments are nice and the grounds are pretty but don't let that fool you! Management and maintenance are subpar. You wait a long time for your maintenance request to be done and then they don't do everything you ask. Also, recently had a resident threaten to shoot at the off leash dogs in the field. The management has not done anything and just told concerned residents "we don't condone that behavior". The dog parks are terrible and full of poop as majority of people refuse to pick up after their dogs and this makes the parks unusable/dogs don't like them. People are forced to let their dogs run out in the field as management never upkeeps the dog parks. People living here are loud, rude and inconsiderate. Lots of smoking on property/balconies as well. Price is good but would not recommend.
