Property Ratings at Sawmill Ridge
These apartments are literally falling apart. The office literally never picks up their phone so I can’t ever get an answer to any of my questions. They close early when they feel like it so good luck trying to even speak to them face to face. Maintenance is understaffed so when any rain happens, whole buildings will flood and maintenance will be busy for a week+ and unable to tend to any other tenants other than the tenants victimized by the flooding. Leaks, floods, insufficient insulation, AC & furnace going out, super noisy at all hours of the day are all common issues to expect while living here at premium price. It would be better to find a different apartment for a little bit more just so you have peace of mind knowing your appliances won’t break every month or that you won’t have to pay thousands of dollars to get a hotel/ have items replaced after your unit inevitably floods

I've lived here for less than a year and my toilet, furnace, and A/C have broke. It took two weeks for someone to even come look at the A/C and then they had to order a part to get it fixed, so I've been without A/C for a month. Absolute joke of a business, these people should be ashamed of themselves
Apartments are slapped together with a marvelous “Landlord Special”. Crime rate is low-ish, office staff only exists long enough to sign your lease then can’t be bothered after that moment, and “corporate” makes changes to “better the community” but fails to provide proper communication. Oh, and if they tell you about the pool, it’s great for the 8 days of summer they can actually get the chemicals balanced. The rest of the time it’s closed. Good luck!

I do not live at this complex, however, I have friends that do and I visit often. The new management company that took over in April has already made significant changes! The office staff is very helpful and friendly! -Very quiet neighborhood. -Charming atmosphere with several trees and grassy areas. -Nice pool area with newer furniture.

I lived here for 4 years and I feel like home. I love the location it's quiet out there.office staff is very helpful. Maintanence is also very good. I enjoyed living here.
These apartments are awesome! The office and maintenance staff are always willing to help and resolve any issues in a timely manner. I love the apartment layout, and the kitchen and bathroom floor tile are both beautiful! The staff also go out of their way to make the residents fill special, with hosting special events and parties year round. The most recent was the End of the Summer bash, where residents could come and enjoy music, pizza and pop, and even bring their furry friends for one last dip in the pool before it was closed for the season! Sawmill Ridge Apartments is a great place to call home.
While I was going through my divorce I lived at 6633 millriidge for 7 years... While going through 5 surgeries, I loved living here on just after living at another location I hated living there.... So now I'm back and feel like I'm home again I never want to move again...
I love the location. The grounds are not wellaimtained. I clean my carpet but bc it is so old it never looks cleN I asked to replace patio light 2 years ago don't have it not all outlets work only 1 burner works super high utilities
My apartment is kinda small but over all its nice .The local skunk that visits keeps up all on our toes while venturing out at night.We all take care not to disturb our others living here. Having a pool here is great, but if thinking of sneaking in after hours think twice as the skunk seems to like it there a lot. If you want a big yard for kids to play this is the place to be where the kids, and the dogs and skunks roam! Love it here
It's nice and quiet and the apartment themelves are very clean and affordable. Really nice place to live
