It’s a nice apartment complex and the maintenance guys are super quick and fantastic. It’s not a very social place and the community events are very meh. But the price is good for a view facing the water and you won’t get a cheaper apartment with that view anywhere else downtown

We are very happy here at Sawmill Point. We love being close to Riverwalk and the size and layout of our apartment suits us well. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any needs. This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Residents complain nonstop about every little thing and you pay so much a month for amenities that you can’t even use half the time. Our pool is closed for a a couple weeks because of a “leak”. As soon as it gets hot out we can’t use our pool, it’s ridiculous. They haven’t let us know when it’ll be back up again either. Management here sucks and I can’t wait to get the heck out of this complex. I wouldn’t recommend sawmill to anyone!

Sawmill use to be an awesome place to live. Whenever I come home now it just smells like a weed box. I get an immediate headache as soon as I walk down the hall. And this is literally everyday and it doesn’t seem like the staff cares. I rush to get inside my apartment.

It’s an amazing place to live. Me and my husband have been looking for the perfect apartment so that we could move to Wilmington and sawmill point is by far the best. The community is my favorite part about it, and it’s so close to everything in downtown :)

Overall pretty decent place. Definitely not the “luxury living” it once billed itself as any longer. Might stay here if the prices are right but there are too many options downtown now to get away with crazy high rent.

The coffee machine is always working, and the ground are always so well maintained. We love living here and walking our dog. We feel safe living in this building

Great job they made sure to meet all my request and apartment was ready. Sawmill Point Apartments is a great place to live. The management staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is incredible. There are wonderful sunsets, the Live Oak Pavilion is right next door so you can experience the concerts right from the river walk and it's a short walk to get to downtown Wilmington where there are great restaurants and shops!

Beat place to live downtown! I have lived here two and a half years. Staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that they love my dogs.

Sawmill Point has been a great community to move into! I've enjoyed the amenities including pool, gym and easy access to the riverwalk. Also, the Live Oak concert venue is minutes away!

So far, so good. I like the outdoor space, the way we are tucked away from the busy area of the river walk and the gym is nice. It’s frustrating that we have to pay $35 a month for trash service but they can’t pick up our recycling—so we still need to make the trip. It’s a pretty huge waste of $420 a year.
