We love Sawmill ! It’s not just an apartment complex , it’s a community ! The staff is wonderful !! They are always available and work very hard to accommodate any isfues that arise . Monthly actives are always fun and varied . We have been here almost 5 years and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Wilmington .

Beautiful apartments with amazing staff! On move in day, needed maintenance asap and they showed up within 5 minutes. Aubry has been a pleasure to work with. The grounds genuinely feels like a resort!

Location is great, there should be some vinyl or plastic window covers for the rivershack during the cold months. Also a heat source so it can be used all year. The parking lot should be ch credit more often.

We enjoy living so close to our boat and the boardwalk. We enjoy the pool and the grounds, which are kept immaculately clean. We enjoy the young employees in the office who are friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with. We DO NOT enjoy our experiences trying to get things repaired. In the past year: 1. we have had nothing but problems keeping our air conditioner down to a cooling level and have paid extremely high utility bills as a result. 2. We have had multiple problems with our dryer, which they finally replaced after fixing several times. 3. The side gate to our building, which we access many times, it’s almost impossible to open and close unless you are a strong man. 4. Finally, we have a dishwasher that almost never works properly. They keep doing small temporary fixes, when they should just replace it. should be “luxury apartment living” without any results, we are probably not going to renew. And I’m going to be forced to google review.

We continue to be very happy with our choice to live at Sawmill Point. Here are some of the reasons why: the helpful staff, the location in downtown Wilmington on the Riverwalk, the amenities like a saltwater pool, the beautiful views (sunsets, river ,etc), the floor plan, the fun resident events, the grounds and landscaping, the attractive common areas, the state of the art coffee maker :)

It’s a nice apartment complex and the maintenance guys are super quick and fantastic. It’s not a very social place and the community events are very meh. But the price is good for a view facing the water and you won’t get a cheaper apartment with that view anywhere else downtown

We are very happy here at Sawmill Point. We love being close to Riverwalk and the size and layout of our apartment suits us well. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any needs. We have enjoyed the use of the amenities like the pool and gym. Just recently we found the fireplace to be quite cozy on cold days.

People are so friendly, close walk to everything. On the weekends I don't even have to use my car there is so much to do. when I put a work order in it is completed by next day. Office staff is so nice.

We picked Sawmill Point because of the fantastic outdoor spaces provided for the tenants. Also the large pool was a selling point as well. All of the amenities are kept up and clean for the tenants use.

Staff is excellent. They are quick to respond and cordial. The grounds are clean and well groomed. The location to downtown Wilmington and the river walk is the primary reason I moved here. The sunsets are gorgeous.

This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Residents complain nonstop about every little thing and you pay so much a month for amenities that you can’t even use half the time. Our pool is closed for a a couple weeks because of a “leak”. As soon as it gets hot out we can’t use our pool, it’s ridiculous. They haven’t let us know when it’ll be back up again either. Management here sucks and I can’t wait to get the heck out of this complex. I wouldn’t recommend sawmill to anyone!

It’s a beautiful place, exemplary maintenance, clean and organized. The staff have been friendly and helpful. Just outside is a magnificent river walk through town and back for magnificent sunsets.

Overall, the move-in experience has been wonderful! Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful & the residents I have come in contact with have been so nice & friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is because there are some issues with our appliances when we moved in
