As a year long tenant it saddens me I couldn't have stayed longer here at sawgrass. The grounds are clean, safe, and peaceful. The staff is nothing short of fantastic. -Poorly Painted: there are numerous areas in my unit that show paint drips. The closet door was painted shut, resulting in an ugly mess every time it's opened. The paint on porch is beginning to flake off as well. -Roach Infestation: Ongoing since moving in; tried to handle it individually which was admittedly ill advised. Have had the exterminator come twice and again next week (01/13/21). -Peeling Linoleum: Bathroom is especially bad, but the kitchen isn't much better. -Hole in the Carpet: small burn in carpet near bathroom -Inconsiderate neighbors: Downstairs neighbors left their pumpkin out since beginning of October. Has now become a pumpkin patch. -Noisy Neighbors: Have been complaining about excessive noise for months. Contacted Orlando PD, responding officer described the situation as outrageous. -Poorly Maintained: the floor in the laundry room is incredibly unlevel. One of the vents seems to be warping due to moisture. There are other signs of shoddy craftsmanship around the unit as well.

Over all very good place to live. Staff is very friendly and super responsive. Maintenance in the apartment get fixed immediately. Feels safe with the gate. Apartment complex is quiet and peaceful at night. And the staff they are accommodating with needs and have open communication with us residents giving updates through emails. Also they check in to see if issues were fixed or if there is a concern.
