Property Ratings at Sawbury Commons
Property manager has not responded to any requests, we came to the apartment with it completely DIRTY and not painted (painters left all their supplies inside the unit). There was a huge hole in the wall, the shutter from the window is laying on the ground. Closet doors are removed off the hinges, the dish washer isn't secured, you can pull it out completely. NO REQUESTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. You can't get a hold of the property manager. Horrible moving experience, especially coming from states away.
This is a great place to live. Jamie, the property manager, is really on top of things. The property is keep clean and safe no matter the season, issue are resolved quickly and professionally. Jamie really cares about the people as well as the property she always has a smile and loves doing her job I love being a resident of Sawbury Commons and plan to continue for a long time.

I moved into Sawbury Commons over 4 months ago and I love living here. The town homes are large and have been remodeled. I have new appliances including washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator, stove and microwave. New carpets and flooring. Jamie the property manager was great to work with she is warm and friendly. When I ran into an issue in qualifying Jamie was there to help me resolve them. The maintenance team are great at their jobs. When I submitted a maintenance request they when very quick to respond and where both respectful and professional. The property is kept clean and manicured. I have great neighbors we respect each other parking space as there is no assigned parking. I truly like living here and see myself here for sometime to come.

The upgrades are beautiful, and the grounds are always clean. The manager is always so helpful and nice. Im glad I decided to move here. Very happy with my experience here.

I am very pleased with the new Lease manager! Jaime has been extremely helpful in the process with transitioning to my beautiful new place during such a hectic time. The upgrades are very nice and the units are very well presented. All staff I have met have been very nice and attentive as well
I’ve checked out several apartment communities in and around the city,and none of them compares to this one.Not only do they have the most courteous and professional property management but offer the most spacious as well as totally remodeled inside and out town houses.If looking for an affordable great pet friendly always clean place to call home then you’ve come to the right place.Thank you Jamie for excellent management of the community.
I just moved to Sawbury Commons. I get a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and my kids get to go to Dublin schools. Jaime W is the best, she's super nice and helpful. I'm so happy to live here!
I recently have moved to Sawbury Commons with the help of the leasing agent Jaime W. She was amazing at assisting me with everything!! I am so happy that I chose this community to move me and my family to. My kids will now be able to attend Dublin City Schools which is a major plus ! Everything is extremely close like Walmart, convenience stores as well as much more you may need with a family!! My other favorite is that Indian Run Falls and Hayden Falls park are extremely close along with other parks etc that the kiddos will enjoy!! Its always nice to deal with someone on your side when moving!! Jaime is extremely nice as well as on top of things when it comes to what you need! This is a place to check out if you're looking to move to this area!!

When you move in its like they dont care to make the place look brand new..there where cracjs on the walls and where the wall joins the floor..specially the closet..it has a strange smell..who ever is in charge of getting these townhomes ready for new move ins are not detailed or neat..I felt like I was somewhere where the ones before me just moved out and cleaned and the property managers I dont think review the place after...its was not neat and the only thing they blamed it on was the fact that their old

We are very sorry to hear that you had this type of experience, where you viewed a townhome near hear. Unfortunately, you are mistaking our property for the community across the street, where those townhomes are privately owned by a different owner. People have assumed those are apart of our community because they look alike on the outside. However, we take pride in our community ensuring that the grounds are clean, bulk is clear and the exterior and interior is maintained professionally. Our maintenance staff works diligently to ensure our units are turned and move in ready. We turn all of our units with new carpet, paint and hire a professional cleaning company to clean the units. terrible. had black mold And even mushrooms grow from the ground. cracks in all frames of the place with black mold as well. caused me and my family have respiratory issues. and drug dealers all over.
