What began as a resort getaway for the Low Country elite in the 19th century has blossomed into a thriving community on the outer edge of the Charleston area. Countless buildings in town have been added to the National Register of Historic Places, so the local architecture definitely contributes to the charming atmosphere.

The town has experienced massive growth since the 1980s, meaning many of the apartments and homes are fairly new, and the cost of living is very affordable compared to many places closer to the city. Only about 30 minutes to downtown Charleston via I-26, it’s a great place for commuters to call home. I love living here

I have been a resident here at sawbranch going on 1 year now and plan on renewing my lease. The staff here is amazing always having a smile on there face and you can tell they are happy and love there job. Jessica and Robin are great and always call when my packages arrive and go out of there way for everyone. Micheal (maintenance) is such a cutie and so easy on the eyes and very good at what he does quickly fixing things even showing me how to operate my new washer and super friendly it's always a joy seeing him. If you are considering making this your home you will not go wrong by choosing this property. Thank you sawbranch for helping make my home that much more pleasant keep it up!

Reasonable and Convenient

Sawbranch is a wonderful apartment because of its size and location. There are only 8 apartment buildings so maintenance is efficient and you always know who you are allowing into your home. The neighborhoods nearby are safe and you're only a 10 minute drive away from scenic downtown Summerville. You also may use many amenities such as the pool, work-out room, and play area for children. All of these desirable traits are included in a very reasonable rent compared to what other apartment complexes are offering.

Wonderful people!!

What do I like and impressed that landlord and maintenance really care about our's needed to fix or make sure we care. They do improvement our area and neighbor alzo safe area. Priceless are reasonable!!!! So much nice around here and been love since 4 years! This is bless place that we live here so peace.

Good apartment for the cost

We rent a 3 bedroom currently and it gives us more space than we thought we would find. The kitchens have been redone recently and new windows just went in. The leasing office is always very helpful. The pool is pretty good most of the time. I love the workout room. Its small but has great equipment. The kids love the tennis courts. The only draw back is the road construction out front of the complex. But hopefully that will be done soon.

Reasonably Priced

My husband and I have lived in the Sawbranch Apartments for almost 4 years. Rent is reasonable and the maintenance staff is friendly. It is conveniently located and in the area we want to be. Close to good schools. We have had issues with loud neighbors. We have expressed our concerns to management but not much has been done. Before the crazy neighbors, we were perfectly happy here. For now, it's a good fit for us based on the price.

Great location, great price

My wife and I have been fairly happy at the Sawbranch Apartments. Great location & reasonably priced. Clean, well kept grounds. Nice pool & gym.
