I have a mixed experience after completing 6 months, pain points are unassigned parking, out of order elevators. Good part is the maintenance team and some team building activities. Overall good experience.

I moved into Savoy over the summer and this review is way over due. The leasing team created such a smooth process for move in. I love all of the amenities and they’re taken care of really well compared to my previous complex. I also appreciate that management is now enforcing parking rules and trash rules. The hallways are much cleaner and there’s more parking availability. Overall I recommend this place to live! Great location too.

Overall experience is ok. Maintenance of property is not up to the mark and fixing the common area issues take more than expected time. Thanks

Trash everywhere, elevators broken all the time. Residents take all guest spots. Front office doesn't apply concessions correctly. Parking lot is bad and hard to drive

It’s been fun living at the apartment, things are clean and management seems nice. Had a bingo night recently which was super fun, so excited for management to take up more of these events

Cleanliness, attentive staff, especially office manager Tatyana, prompt response to customer requests, modern equipment, comfortable lounges, training sessions with a trainer, and a heated outdoor pool make living in the apartments comfortable and appealing.

Very new community and friendly rental staff, clean swimming pools and gyms onsite.

We have been living here for a month now and so far it has been great and no complains, Highly recommend this apartment to someone who is looking to live a luxurious feel!

On the day our contract started, we had our appointment scheduled for key collection and introduction. After waiting longer than scheduled, we were informed that there was no one at reception. A maintenance person gave us a folder with paperwork and keys, and that was it. We've had to learn all the processes on our own. We also had to ask for help with receiving mail because we weren't registered. Finally, we're having problems with the washing machine and we don't have a trash can. No one has resolved this yet.

There is no hot water right now, and there is no notification in advance at all. And this is not the first time issues like this happened. My service request is always being ignored. My email sent to management team never gets a response.

The staff have been helpful and pleasant to work with. Some snafus could have been avoided with better attention to detail, timely communication, and information in a more logical order. This would prevent hours of needless extra work.

In case this is my last review: I don't regret living here, but I don't want to come back. I learned that I don't want to rent again in a place with valet trash, and I also learned that it doesn't matter if you pay 3k, 4k or 5k for an apartment the maintenance is pretty much the same. In any case, it is time to move on and make a good school district a priority for our family.

Been here for 3 years and love it, don’t wanna move anytime soon cus the amenities are great and the apartment is nice! I always use the pet spa and like walking around here

Living at Savoy Apartments has been a great experience. The location is great—just minutes from downtown Sunnyvale and close to everything I need. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make day-to-day life more enjoyable. I especially appreciate the secure parking, fitness center, and the relaxing courtyard space. It truly feels like home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to live in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Move-in process was seamless, apartment exceeded expectations, parking has not been an issue, overall safe and clean community.

Trash system is bad and makes the place smell. All guest parking is taken by residents. Gate is always broken to the garage. Too expensive for what it is.

My three years in Savoy have been an absolutely amazing experience. The staff is consistently outstanding, fostering a wonderful sense of community. I've thoroughly enjoyed the great events and overall, it has been a truly exceptional place to live.

We love Savoy community. Lounge, swimming pool, work rooms and gym are exceptional. Love different activities community schedules for us frequently specially wine and paint night. Maintenance is quick and lobby cleaning is done quite frequently. Overall our experience has been great.

Savoy has everything that we wanted - lovely and well-maintained units, spacious floor plan, quiet area, and kind leasing staff! We are loving our new place and so glad to be here.

I haven't moved in but so far the experience has been very good. Tania has shown all the units that I was interested in and the service was really good.

I continue to love where I live. The location of Savoy is 10/10. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The parking and the parking garage have been a bit of an issue, but it is mainly because the residents here are not following the rules that were put into place for a very long time.

03/13/2025 - 2:34pm Valentine's gift was nice. It included every single resident in the community independently of their age. They also cleaned their package room. I saw packages there that belonged to residents that moved long ago so, as you can imagine, now there are way less packages. It only takes half the time to find yours, an improvement after all. Trash: still paying about a $100 a month, and right now there's trash and trans cans at the hall. My best advice, if in doubt, consider not having trash valet in a community a plus. Savoy do not have the resources to keep the hall clean of trash/trash cans. Maintenance: doors break very, very often and they usually take a long time to get fixed. I fear this it's going to be a much bigger/important problem after the construction of the IRA D. Hall Square building is finished this fall.

We love this property. So nice and clean. Very well kept! Very happy with our choice for our stay in California. Our apartment looked fabulous when we moved in.

Overall the experience is very good so far. Would comment again after living for a few more months

The apartment is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. The homes have a beautiful design and views.

I don’t like that guests cannot enter without a fob. And I don’t like that that was not communicated to us at all. Staff has been nice. Amenities are decent. Unit is nice, though few things were broken when we first walked in.

Check-in was smooth. Priyanka was very helpful. The unit was nice and clean! Will post more reviews as I continue living here. I also like the trash collection service a lot.

We have been living here for like 2 years now and honestly have had a great experience all around. My dog loves this area and I like the community and the gym and the amenities cus you get your best bang for your buck

Great place in Sunnyvale. It is relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. Lawrence station is 5 mins walk from this community, not required to cross the road which makes it even more closer.

My experience at this residence has been largely positive. The leasing office staff are incredibly responsive, efficient, and always greet me with a welcoming smile. The amenities are also a definite plus, offering everything I need. However, there are a couple of downsides. The garbage disposal area tends to have a lingering unpleasant smell, and the upward ramp for parking is quite narrow, making it a bit challenging to navigate.

Great , Secure place to live , good amenities and overall ambience . Maintenance is on time and very prompt. Management can do better with communication and keeping residents happy with social events .

I have had a great experience living here. The front desk staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The gym and pool are great. I would love to renew when the time comes.

Savoy apartments was a lot more reasonably priced than its peers. Also the apartments are very spacious, closets are also big and the apartments are new-ish.

Good apartment, good gym, good amenities, but corridors are not clean, valent doesn't come everyday. Everything else is good, I recommend staying here.

Good apartment to live in, Costco is walking distance away. Very close to cal train station, peaceful community and good amenities. Management is very responsive and helpful

My wife and I are so happy we got to lease here at Savoy. Staff are incredibly courteous and they do a great job maintaning the community. Really appreciate the constant email to notify residents about what to be aware of.
