Trash everywhere, elevators broken all the time. Residents take all guest spots. Front office doesn't apply concessions correctly. Parking lot is bad and hard to drive

Very new community and friendly rental staff, clean swimming pools and gyms onsite.

On the day our contract started, we had our appointment scheduled for key collection and introduction. After waiting longer than scheduled, we were informed that there was no one at reception. A maintenance person gave us a folder with paperwork and keys, and that was it. We've had to learn all the processes on our own. We also had to ask for help with receiving mail because we weren't registered. Finally, we're having problems with the washing machine and we don't have a trash can. No one has resolved this yet.

There is no hot water right now, and there is no notification in advance at all. And this is not the first time issues like this happened. My service request is always being ignored. My email sent to management team never gets a response.

The recent hot water issue in Building #2 was unplanned, and unfortunately, we were not able to provide advance notice. Our preferred vendor assessed the situation yesterday, and hot water has since returned to more stable temperatures. The majority of the necessary repairs are being completed today. While we completely understand the inconvenience, occasional equipment disruptions can occur, and we are working as quickly as possible to restore full service. We respond to all communication within 24–48 hours of receipt. We also want to make sure we receive your emails, but with anonymous feedback, it does not help. Regarding your maintenance requests, they are not being ignored: unfortunately, our system does not allow for notes or technician comments to be visible to residents once a work order is closed. However, please rest assured that if your requests were marked as completed, the necessary steps were taken to resolve the issue. If you feel something remains unresolved, we encourage you to reach out and schedule a time to speak with the management team directly. Thanks for the feedback. The staff have been helpful and pleasant to work with. Some snafus could have been avoided with better attention to detail, timely communication, and information in a more logical order. This would prevent hours of needless extra work.

In case this is my last review: I don't regret living here, but I don't want to come back. I learned that I don't want to rent again in a place with valet trash, and I also learned that it doesn't matter if you pay 3k, 4k or 5k for an apartment the maintenance is pretty much the same. In any case, it is time to move on and make a good school district a priority for our family.

I continue to love where I live. The location of Savoy is 10/10. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The parking and the parking garage have been a bit of an issue, but it is mainly because the residents here are not following the rules that were put into place for a very long time.

I saw packages there that belonged to residents that moved long ago so, as you can imagine, now there are way less packages. It only takes half the time to find yours, an improvement after all. Trash: still paying about a $100 a month, and right now there's trash and trans cans at the hall. My best advice, if in doubt, consider not having trash valet in a community a plus. Savoy do not have the resources to keep the hall clean of trash/trash cans. Maintenance: doors break very, very often and they usually take a long time to get fixed. I fear this it's going to be a much bigger/important problem after the construction of the IRA D. Hall Square building is finished this fall.

Great place in Sunnyvale. It is relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. Lawrence station is 5 mins walk from this community, not required to cross the road which makes it even more closer.

My experience at this residence has been largely positive. The leasing office staff are incredibly responsive, efficient, and always greet me with a welcoming smile. The amenities are also a definite plus, offering everything I need. However, there are a couple of downsides. The garbage disposal area tends to have a lingering unpleasant smell, and the upward ramp for parking is quite narrow, making it a bit challenging to navigate.

Living at the Savoy Apartments in Sunnyvale has been an amazing experience for me. I love the large floor plan that I am able to live conformably with my family, so much space! All of the modern features in the home. All of the beautiful amenities. Best part of all, Angelica has been wonderful. was incredibly helpful! She was super responsive when it came to all my questions and completely knowledgeable.
