Trash system is bad and makes the place smell. All guest parking is taken by residents. Gate is always broken to the garage. Too expensive for what it is.

My three years in Savoy have been an absolutely amazing experience. The staff is consistently outstanding, fostering a wonderful sense of community. I've thoroughly enjoyed the great events and overall, it has been a truly exceptional place to live.

We love Savoy community. Lounge, swimming pool, work rooms and gym are exceptional. Love different activities community schedules for us frequently specially wine and paint night. Maintenance is quick and lobby cleaning is done quite frequently. Overall our experience has been great.

Savoy has everything that we wanted - lovely and well-maintained units, spacious floor plan, quiet area, and kind leasing staff! We are loving our new place and so glad to be here.

I haven't moved in but so far the experience has been very good. Tania has shown all the units that I was interested in and the service was really good.

I continue to love where I live. The location of Savoy is 10/10. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The parking and the parking garage have been a bit of an issue, but it is mainly because the residents here are not following the rules that were put into place for a very long time.

03/13/2025 - 2:34pm Valentine's gift was nice. It included every single resident in the community independently of their age. They also cleaned their package room. I saw packages there that belonged to residents that moved long ago so, as you can imagine, now there are way less packages. It only takes half the time to find yours, an improvement after all. Trash: still paying about a $100 a month, and right now there's trash and trans cans at the hall. My best advice, if in doubt, consider not having trash valet in a community a plus. Savoy do not have the resources to keep the hall clean of trash/trash cans. Maintenance: doors break very, very often and they usually take a long time to get fixed. I fear this it's going to be a much bigger/important problem after the construction of the IRA D. Hall Square building is finished this fall.

We love this property. So nice and clean. Very well kept! Very happy with our choice for our stay in California. Our apartment looked fabulous when we moved in.

Overall the experience is very good so far. Would comment again after living for a few more months

The apartment is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. The homes have a beautiful design and views.

I don’t like that guests cannot enter without a fob. And I don’t like that that was not communicated to us at all. Staff has been nice. Amenities are decent. Unit is nice, though few things were broken when we first walked in.

Check-in was smooth. Priyanka was very helpful. The unit was nice and clean! Will post more reviews as I continue living here. I also like the trash collection service a lot.

My resident experience has been very positive. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, quiet and comfortable living environment.

We have been living here for like 2 years now and honestly have had a great experience all around. My dog loves this area and I like the community and the gym and the amenities cus you get your best bang for your buck

Great place in Sunnyvale. It is relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. Lawrence station is 5 mins walk from this community, not required to cross the road which makes it even more closer.

My experience at this residence has been largely positive. The leasing office staff are incredibly responsive, efficient, and always greet me with a welcoming smile. The amenities are also a definite plus, offering everything I need. However, there are a couple of downsides. The garbage disposal area tends to have a lingering unpleasant smell, and the upward ramp for parking is quite narrow, making it a bit challenging to navigate.

Great , Secure place to live , good amenities and overall ambience . Maintenance is on time and very prompt. Management can do better with communication and keeping residents happy with social events .

Maintenance is great, leasing office is great, and management is great too. No complaints!

The people have been very helpful and are tending to the requests of the residents. Tania has been an incredible help with the move and the inquiries for minor fixes/controls requested on the apartment

I have had a great experience living here. The front desk staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The gym and pool are great. I would love to renew when the time comes.

Savoy apartments was a lot more reasonably priced than its peers. Also the apartments are very spacious, closets are also big and the apartments are new-ish.

Good apartment, good gym, good amenities, but corridors are not clean, valent doesn't come everyday. Everything else is good, I recommend staying here.

Good apartment to live in, Costco is walking distance away. Very close to cal train station, peaceful community and good amenities. Management is very responsive and helpful

Living at the Savoy Apartments in Sunnyvale has been an amazing experience for me. The secure parking and on-site maintenance make everything so convenient and hassle-free. The location is perfect, too. I'm close to major tech employers, shopping centers, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. Plus, with easy access to highways and public transportation, commuting is a breeze. Overall, living at the Savoy Apartments has been a wonderful experience, combining comfort, convenience, and a great community vibe.

Anytime I've faced an issue, they've promptly addressed it, ensuring my living experience remains comfortable and hassle-free. Their reliability and expertise are a huge asset to the community. A special mention to Tiffany from the leasing team, who is always there to help us out with a smile and great attitude. Overall, living here has been a wonderful experience thanks to the hardworking and caring teams that manage this community. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are so happy we got to lease here at Savoy. Staff are incredibly courteous and they do a great job maintaning the community. Really appreciate the constant email to notify residents about what to be aware of.

It used to be a better place to live. But, not anymore. Careless neighbors, very noisy, frequently cigarettes smells, scratches around the car in the parking, not a responsive office team.

I love the large floor plan that I am able to live conformably with my family, so much space! All of the modern features in the home. All of the beautiful amenities. Best part of all, Angelica has been wonderful. was incredibly helpful! She was super responsive when it came to all my questions and completely knowledgeable. Her excitement and enthusiasm made this move feel like we were being welcomed home by family I want to say thank you to Angelica and the Savoy Staff.

Do not live here. Apt and amenities not well maintained for the price, delays in fixing things, and they apply bait and switch tactics.

We are told the leasing office is understaffed and unable to respond to emails...this is ridiculous of an excuse they have been using for over 3 years we lived here. We plan to leave as soon as our lease expires.

Service request will be ignored for weeks. Water is not hot.

Ant issue is bothering all of the residents through out the fall and summer seasons. The leasing office did nothing after we reported repeatedly. Storage room breaks in a few times through out the year when Savoy can just simply change the lock of each store rooms but they choose to ignore the safety issue of their residents. Car breaks in often happened in our gated parking, and again the leasing office asked to report to the police ourselves and they just sit there and do nothing for you. Maintenance response are slowwwwww. Pls take months or a year to have someone helped you to fix anything in your unit. And pls expect you have to waste so much energy and time to seek or beg for the leasing office‘s help.

We have been robbed 4 times!!! Their answer « you have to fill up a police report. There is nothing that we can do for you » Empathie? Install cameras? Make feel your tenants in a secure environment? None of the above!!! Our locker has been robbed 3 times!!! And packages have been stolen from the mail room! I went at the leasing office to ask them to help me because I locked my keys inside the apartment, by mistake. and I have been treated like I was piece of crap… I do not recommend this place! For the amount of money you pay each month, the service is not here. Zero customer service skills!

New built, great amenities and nice floor-plans. Proximity to Costco and other major restaurants in Sunnyvale is a plus.

You sign a lease and they never will communicate with you or help you solve problems again. Moved into an apartment that had not been cleaned and have ants. They promise they will follow up and continue to ignore you. The managers will be sitting in their offices and will refuse to come out and speak to you. They hide behind employees that can not make decisions

The WORST security and communication. Our apartment was broken into and our storage was broken into all within a year. The staff at Savoy did nothing to help us when this happened. They just turned their heads. I told them the storage room was broken into and everyone’s lockers were cut open and stuff stolen and there has been zero notification to the residents. Sally said they were in the process of drafting up an email. It’s been 2 days since they have known of this incident and they have taken zero action. When our apartment was broken into during broad daylight, they made zero effort to enhance their security or install cameras in the hallway. We asked to make our door more secure and they said we would have to pay for it. This has been the most devastating and miserable experience I have had living anywhere. We have lived at Savoy for 1.5 years and are stuck here for another 9 months. I’m trying to leave this property ASAP since I no longer feel safe in my own home.

The staff here are nice. They always respond to my requests quickly and I also got a lot of help from them during my move in process.

The maintenance team here at Savoy are awesome! They always provide friendly service and timely when a request is made. They all deserve bonuses!!!

Been living here for 5 months and it’s been great so far! It feels really safe to walk around here at night secure in the building. I love the amenities like the pools and two gyms and the rooftop. I spend a significant amount of time at home so I have come around to really like being at home here.

I do not recommend this community because my requests were ignored many times. I've been to the leasing office FIVE times for 3 months, 3 of the units are affected, but the issue is still not resolved.
