I’ve had an amazing experience at Savannah Oak Apartments. The community is always clean, quiet, and feels genuinely well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond—maintenance is quick, friendly, and actually fixes things the right way the first time. The office team is super helpful, communicates clearly, and you can tell they truly care about the residents. The amenities are great, parking is easy, and the whole property has a comfortable, welcoming vibe. It honestly feels like home. If you’re looking for a place that’s safe, well-managed, and stress-free, Savannah Oak is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

The management does an excellent job running this business. Maintenance is outstanding, and the staff are consistently professional, caring, and dedicated to their tenants. We have already referred our relatives to live here and they are extremely happy too. Don’t forget that the area is a plus. Very close to both I10 and 1604 and major stores and shopping centers.

A honest review. I was excited to live here- I was given a apartment that was dirty, broken appliances, and simply not ready for a new tenant although I paid them my money. As of now I would NOT suggest to live here to anyone. Its been 2 weeks thag ive physically been living here and although something have been fixed I am.still waiting for everything to get done before another month of rent hits and this gets dragged on longer.

This is yet the best apartment complex I have lived in. Jessica and Alex are a great asset to this community. Any issues or concerns I had before and after I moved in were taken care immediately. Great to have people who will not only listen to your concerns but to take immediate action. I have to say it’s great to see how hard they work on keeping this community clean. I like that the trash are is kept clean and never left looking like a dump ground. The maintenance team does an excellent job any time they are needed for any repairs. Great job keeping the whole community clean and organized. Keep up the great job.

Staff is horrible. Never do anything they say they will. Never answer calls/emails. Gates are always broken. Pool is always closed. They don’t even have a proper maintenance system.. I can go on.. If you’re looking for “luxury” it’s not here.

Beautifully maintained property. Excellent office staff. Many opportunities for residents to bond such as movie nights to food trucks and just all around feel good bonding experiences. Great location close to many amenities. You will not find a better place to call home.
We have been living here about 10 months and can't wait for our lease to be up. Since moving in, we have not had a moment of peace. The neighbors above and beside us are constantly making noise at all hours of the day and night. We often have to call the courtesy officer to tell them to quiet down so we can actually sleep at night. I left a message on the answering machine and with the front office a week ago to talk about ongoing noise concerns and still have not heard from the manager. While we are on the subject of the manager, he is not very professional. While I went one day to grab a package from the office, he greeted me saying "Hey, what's up?" If I'm paying almost two thousand dollars per month to live in an apartment, I expect not only to be able to sleep whenever I like without constant disturbances, but also to be greeted in a more professional manner by the manager. Our neighbors often smoke pot and this odor finds its way into our bedroom. Residents don't pick up after pets and drive recklessly through the parking lot. I have never had a negative experience with an apartment complex until now. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere so you can save money and get some sleep.
I've moved around a lot in the last 5 years. From Austin to Dallas to Houston to San Antonio. I've gotta say....Savannah Oaks is the best property I've lived at since I've lived in apartments. The staff is super friendly. Lateefah makes you feel welcome from the start and whenever I have a question or concern, she is available to answer. It is clear the manager, Chris, assumes his position with pride and ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable living community for all. Some of the other managers at other properties I rarely saw; but every time I go to the office, I see Chris working away. Also very helpful and available if you have questions. The apartments themselves are beautiful and pet-friendly. Overall, it's been a great experience living here and highly recommended for anyone wanting to live near the Rim, UTSA, and the La Cantara shops. Great place to live.
