Thank you for the kind words. We do appreciate hearing them.
In my opinion they need to tear all the apartments down and just build houses we we're almost unable to move in on our move in date because the lady never showed up. The parking lots are a mess meaning trash and pot holes. This place is not worth what they want the layout of the apartments make it somewhat small people messing with people's property vehicle wise. Contractors in and out and the location is very noisy. Take my word for it and either spend most of your money on the town houses they have or find somewhere cheaper.
This place is junk. The roofs leak, they have a bug problem, they are evicting out all their current tenants with two months notice so that they can “renovate” and double the price of the apartments. There is no central air and heating. The bones of the buildings are on their last leg. The new manager ignores the issues that you try to report, and you will wait days to simple things fixed. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your money!
We haven’t moved in just yet but I can tell it’s going to be a great place to live an raise our children! Blaney is awesome!! She has made the process so easy no stress at all!!! We can’t wait to move in !!!
I've lived here for over 4 years and I'm grateful to have found a place that's conveniently close to the interstate (75\257 split). Management is super fast to respond to all inquiries and issues via phone and email. The apartments are old so true, this isn't fancy town, but the floors are concrete and I can hear no sound from my neighbors. Some issues exist because of age, but nothing an older house wouldn't present. Basic apartment living issues exist of course, shared parking lot, some of my neighbors smoke, and yes, sometimes are loud outside, but I've always met kind people here or people who just mind their own business.
Improperly maintained interior, sloppy workmanship, no enforcement of rules. My unit is missing light switches because the wiring is faulty so it is easier to just cover than fix. Improper patch job in walls, sloppy painting of walls, exposed brick wall interiorly, floor molding in bathroom floors is peeling off. Thin wall without sound nor cold insulation. Only 1 car, but no parking. tenants have 2+ cars and there is no enforcement. Constantly have to park away from the unit and walk in a non-lighted parking lot. Car stereos can be heard at all hours of the night.
Stay away from this place unless you have no other option. The staff in the office is rude, the neighbors are loud, people mess with your laundry if you leave it alone, and our apartment so old they're falling apart.
This is by far my favorite apartments. Michael, apartment manager and his staffs are very nice, helpful and fast when needed. Parking space is closed. Laundry machines work perfect. Neighbors are quiet. I love the location, closed to everything. I moved out of state, but I would live here again if ever needed. Thanks to the apartment team, such a great experience!
