Se han robado autos , te los golpean y nunca sabrás quien lo hizo porque no hay cámaras de seguridad, tendrás unos vecinos que pueden herirte , que pueden insultarte , la gente no es buena . Se han metido a robar a los apartamentos , te sacan tus pertenencias , Las lavanderías son TERRIBLES!!!! Siempre están sucias , no funcionan, huelen muy mal , la administración es pésima, problema tras problema , los apartamentos están en muy mal estado .Están muy viejos y defectuosos. Si les pides que arreglen algo nunca lo harán . Solo les importa el dinero . no volvería a este lugar nunca .

Thank you for your review! We have just introduced a new review management system, and we would like to extend our sincere apologies for any delay in our response. Your feedback holds immense significance to us, and we truly value the time you invested in sharing your thoughts about our community. We appreciate your understanding and the feedback you've provided.
When we moved in, the prior management had done a great job of making the complex a nice place to live. But during the tenure of the new management company, the problems are never ending. The hot water heater broke months ago and has not been replaced, and during high usage times, like the morning, residents are forced to take cold showers. Because the water heater can't handle the capacity, it breaks down completely every few weeks, leaving the building with no hot water at all for days at a time. Washing machines are left broken for months on end, forcing hundreds of residents to fight for time with one to two machines on site. Fire alarm system malfunctions often, creating an annoying beeping noise that can be heard through the entire first floor all day and night. The entry way has water damage, but instead of fixing the ceiling, they have taped a plastic sheet over the hole and damage that covers the entire entry way. Parking is awful with the hospital staff taking up all the street parking and neighbors blocking parking spots with their garbage cans that are left out for weeks. But at least its just slightly unaffordable and they repaint the hallways!
We have been living at Santa Teresa Apartments for a little while and so far have been very pleased with the friendly and relaxing, zen atmosphere. From the moment we unloaded our truck, at least 5 different neighbors introduced themselves and offered to help which was very refreshing. One of the best things about living here is also the big library next to the complex and the Kaiser Hospital across the street just in case something ever happens medically (hopefully not!). A few blocks down the road in either direction you will find any major store or service you need and highway access is very close by. The management team has also been very responsive and kind with any concerns or questions we have had so far after moving in. Cindy, in particular, assisted us when we walked in the office and stopped what she was doing to show us around different units even though we did not call ahead to make an appointment. We looked at several different apartments around San Jose that day and Cindy’s genuine service and responsiveness made the greatest impression upon us. Her service is also is a huge part of why we decided to fill out an application instead of going with another apartment we were interested in. After seeing the various amenities & feature of the complex (pool, gym, etc.) we settled on a great 1-bedroom with clean, new appliances and a layout that makes great use of the space. Thank you Cindy for helping us find our dream apartment!
I moved in a couple of months ago and I am so happy here! Natalie and Cindy from the Management team are the best. They made my move into my new apartment so easy. They both care so much about the residents and any issues that might come up are handled quickly. The Maintenance team are so professional and quick to handle any issues within the apartments. The property is so well cared for and maintained that you can tell they all take pride in Santa Teresa Apartments. I always feel safe and there is overnight Security and they are always walking around the property. Great place to call home and I will definitely be renewing my lease next year! I have lived in this complex for 6 years, I chose this complex being walking distance to work and the rental price that I can afford. The rent has gone up every year but I still find it very affordable compared to other apartments nearby. Since Natalie and Cindy took over as managers, I have noticed considerable improvements with the laundry area, the new locks on the back entrance. The housekeeping is excellent as well as the maintenance. Both managers are very personable and always greet their tennants with a warm smile. I feel that if a renter has any kind of issues they are willing to help any way they can .Anytime I have a maintenance issue it is always addressed immediately. Overall I am very satisfied living in this apartment complex
I have been a residence of the Santa Teresa Apartments for several years. It is a quit friendly community. The residence are set in a beautiful landscape of green grass and a wonderful collection of mature Pine and Elm trees and some Magnolia trees also. We are close to shopping and lots of great restaurants. We are neighbors with the Kaiser Hospital it is just down the street from us. To the south of us is Highway 85, it is about one mile from us which provides a great connection to all of the major freeways in the area. To the East of us is our Light Rail Station, it provides transportation all the way to the Mountain View area and all points in between. The VTA Bus stop is very close to us also. There is a great swimming pool and a couple of playgrounds with swings and other toys for the children. ST Apartments have furnished us with several barbecue grills through out the campus, they also provide a supervised after school program for the children. We have a newly equipped gym for those who like to keep in shape, and a wonderful recreation room for family get-together or other social gatherings. The staff here has a great attitude, and always ready to provide assistance to us. The Community Manager and her Assistant are outstanding people and a real joy to know. They provide a safe, secure and clean environment for us to live in. They also have community events for us to get together with our neighbors, such as bingo nights and Holiday Parties. We have a three man maintenance crew that stays on top of any problems we might have with our apartments. Overall Santa Teresa Apartments is a very friendly community to live in. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a quit and serine location...I like to call it a "slice of paradise"...
Thiese apartments are lower than the average for a 1 bedroom in San Jose so I'm very pleased. The two women that work in the office are very nice and helpful. The only thing is that the walls are extremely thin and ceilings are very creaky so your neighbors determine how much noise you have to deal with. But other than that I haven't had any big problems so far and I've been here a month.
