A Santa Rosa provides a great place to live. Apartments provide plenty space are quiet & have nice interiors. Having a doorbell is a bonus. The community is friendly & pool is gorgeous. Walking distance to stores & schools in a nice area is a plus! Highly recommend if your looking to move to this area.

My experience at Santa Rosa has been nothing short of wonderful. My children and I have found a sense of community within the complex, management and maintenance are extremely personable, responsive, and truly demonstrate commitment to the residents. I was hoping my transition from house to apartment would be short- until I found another house- but with my experience and peace of mind I have living here, I’d be just fine slowing the transition and residing here longer than anticipated.

Santa Rosa isna beautiful community! Great floor plans at a very reasonable cost. The location is top tier, 24 hour amenities, and the entire staff is kind and professional. I'm happy I chose this as our home for the next year vs the many places I toured.

Santa Rosa is a lovely apartment property it’s located in a beautiful part of Arizona. The staff at Santa Rosa are amazing they always are attentive to any maintenance needs I may have or any other concerns. I hear my coworkers talking about apartments that they live in where staff does not get back to them and things don’t get taken care of that has never happened here ever! Beautiful like a resort villa. Beautiful finishes within the home, not cheap looking. The grounds are like a paradise. I moved here sight unseen from NC and when I drove here and saw my new home, it was even Better than I thought!!

Thus far Santa Rosa has been a great choice for living in Phoenix. Moving from out of state and not being able to view the apartment was a bit of a worry, but after seeing a 3D walk through of the unit and talking with Veronica, we decided to put in our application here. Working with Veronica on the move in process eased all of our worries, as she provided a ton of great information and even walked us through the complex via FaceTime call. After move, the staff has been great at keeping us informed of anything they need from us and has continued to provide timely responses to any questions we may have. The unit itself was very clean and move in ready, which is a welcome experience after some other places we have lived. The community is well maintained and quiet, perfect for two people who work early Monday through Friday.

Weve lived here for years and unfortunately its slowly going downhill, theres 12 people living in a two bedroom next to us so you can imagine the traffic and noise, plus outside lights dont work, and oh yeah, I havent had a washer in eight days.

Love living here. Location is perfect. Property is clean and safe.
Nice peaceful setting
Nice smaller complex with good amenities. The pool and fitness areas are very nice.
Keep a steady maintenance person and stop dividing their time between other properties. They need to be dedicated to Santa Rosa.

Santa Rosa makes my living such a great experience that, when I buy a home, I consider Ahwatukee a first choice.
Friendly staff, beautiful grounds that are well kept and very pet friendly
I absolutely love living in Santa Rosa! The Lakewood community is beautiful, our complex always looks beautiful, and the residents are all so nice. I love my floorplan and the close proximity to my kids' schools and activities. I am so happy I made the move here.
This community lives up to it's word--it is a great place to live. The location couldn't be better, the cleanliness and outside appearance make this a lovely place to live and be comfortable. Though we have kids living here, they are well behaved, quiet, and courteous. The apartment layout (2 bedroom) is perfect; the upgrades done before I moved in are well-worth it. The staff is excellent; activities are arranged for meeting other tenants. I love everything about this place.
Maintenance and staff are very appreciated and I feel are doing an amazing job of making Santa Rosa a community you want to belong to!
