Property Ratings at Santa Fe Art Colony
The new management here is terrible - they manage a much larger Wyvernwood property and they DO NOT CARE about the tenants here! They do not respond to emails and half the time your calls go to their voicemail. Messages do not get relayed - all round terrible. Maintenance requests go on for several months with no repairs and no answers. Stay away from here.
